KTM Sportmotorcycle — ktm 200 not response at dharmapuri service

I have using KTM duke200, my vehicle odometer was 7100KMS only fuel guage was not functioning in my bike, I attended 2 free service at dharmapuri, they are not responding properly, it was very worst service centre, now I am using my vehicle at erode, they are telling that you are not attended the free service, so you can't get any claim. Contact immediately. I need proper response and solution for my complaint.
