Purchased on 01-10-19 and had all my free service done in time also i had my bike paid service done around 6000 kms.
They told me to get the next service done after doing 10000 kms. 10000 Completed and my bike started showing "LOW OIL PRESSURE ".
I went to the service centre the guy checked the engine oil level and put some engine oil in the engine and told me to ride more 1500 kms .i did not know this was going to be so bad for my bike . i rode the bike while the bike showed "low oil pressure " even after that . i was worried but mechanic said ride 1500 kms more nothing to worry. few days latter my bike lost acceleration it felt heavy and some sound started to come from the engine i went to the service centre .about 100 -200 ml engine oil was there in the engine . they told me engine had to be opened for examination . one guy told my few more days and engine would have seized . i was heart broken as my new bike only 1 yr old was in such condition all due to such kind serice at the service centre . dont know what to do now they have my bike for one week they told me all ktm rc 390 hace such issue . i will never buy ktm again.
