I have been trying to change the chain sprocket from 1 month dated 07/Dec/2020 and I keep getting a reply "Sir 2 weeks" and after 2 weeks the same reply! and another reason they are stating is COVID sir. chain sprocket is completely gone and I'm not able to ride!! I'm fed up and I am not only changing the chain sprocket but the whole bike and I'll buy splendor which has far better service.
