I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue with my motorcycle's instrument cluster, which has persisted for nearly two years despite numerous attempts to resolve it through your service team.
Initially, I appreciated the assistance provided by Madhu from KTM Banashankari, who seemed genuinely helpful. However, even his efforts have not led to a satisfactory resolution, especially concerning the instrument cluster.
To provide context, I first reported a problem with the fuel indication on my instrument cluster, prompting a replacement. Unfortunately, this process took an unacceptable 15 days, and upon receiving the supposedly new instrument cluster, I discovered it was marred with scratches. Despite bringing this to the attention of your team, I was informed that the issue could not be rectified as the cluster was received in that condition from your Pune team.
Regrettably, the replacement did not resolve the underlying problem, and I have been experiencing the same issues for the past two years. This extended duration has severely impacted my trust and confidence in KTM's ability to deliver reliable service.
Furthermore, I have strong suspicions that the replacement instrument cluster was not new, raising concerns about the quality of parts used in the servicing process.
At this juncture, I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this persistent issue. I kindly request a thorough inspection of my motorcycle's instrument cluster and, if necessary, the installation of a new, fully functional unit. It is imperative to me as a customer that this matter is addressed promptly and effectively to restore my confidence in KTM's commitment to quality service.
