Bike had battery low issue. Went to KTM service center in Kannur, Team confirmed that to replace with new battery. After replacing the new battery, in a week, we notices the Battery low issue again. Went to same service center, The service team confirmed that There is issue with Regulator and the same replaced, additional service charge is required for the each service center visit. In a week time, we gain noticed the Battery is low, today went to service center, they are now updating that the starter coil is having issue. without checking this root cause, they simply replaced my battery and regulator. The service is very poor in KVR Vehicles (12380) branch. I had also requested to refund the Regulator price which is replaced without checking the actual issue. They are not ready to refund, also not ready to provide my old replaced part. Was this information helpful? |
