KTM Sportmotorcycle — Spare parts issue

Hello I am a owner of duke 390
I am using this since it’s launch
I have all the models of duke with me
But recently I’m facing a lot of issues of spares here in Chennai with the Tambaram showroom people
They are not providing us the spares at all
Recently my gear lever got broken so couldn’t move the bike from my home, so I went to the showroom for the spare, they literally denied for giving me the spare, telling me that I need to carry the bike to the showroom to get it fixed, how come I bring the bike to the showroom wen the lever was broken
Even the small part they can’t give to there customers really it is very horrible, buying the bike for lakhs and going back to beg them for spare parts as they are giving it for free
Please solve the issue as early as possible
