I regret being the customer of ktm, in spite of 6 mails and repeated services done at ktm services kasturaba bangalore, they have still not rectified my complaint from the day i bought the bike. Every time i give the bike for the above complaint they advice me to change the different electrical parts which i did and this is the worst thing. Still the complaint persist and the ktm isn't able to rectify the complaint. My bike has the odo of 27000 odd kms and its been 3 years from purchase. Every time i go they would convince me to go from the service station by clearing the bills. This is intolerable, bike suddenly gets off while riding in 70 or 80 kms speed. And doesn't even start and many times it has happened that the the vehicle behind me hitting my vehicle. So in spite of all these complaint ktm has still not taken the responsibility of calling the higher qualified technicians to rectify this complaint. Above all these they don't event replace the parts of the vehicle properly. Previously they missed the cover 0f coil. This is intolerable and the problem should be rectified soon.
