KTM Sportmotorcycle — Worst response at service center

I am mauryakiran.Rk. I just got my new rc200 at selanaickenpatty salem on 25/11/2020. Just driven 500kms but got battery issue and also still not yet rc document.I contacted showroom but they said me to bring the battery alone saying that they have no place to park bike there.I gave the battery to the place they told, but i got no response from the service centre and either the battery shop for more than 5 days.Whenever i contact the service centre they dint respond properly and keep on delaying for battery, rc document and even the number plate.
I haven't faced such worst response for any of my previous bikes.My bike is being idle without battery for 10 days. I feel so exhausted after running from my home to service centre and battery shop. Does this small problem takes more than a week to resolve?
