I had ordered a dream sleep mattresses 72x48x6 on the 24th Sep online from Kurlon and paid immediately. However the next day on checking the invoice, I noticed it showed 75x48x6. I sent a msg to customer support on 26th sep on the kurlon web site. On 29th sep I called a c/ support no [protected] and informed them. I was asked to send a msg to ordersonline on 29th Sep, after that again a reminder on 3rd and 9th Oct, but still no response. However on the 9th Oct evening, they delivered a mattress 75x48x6. Which was not required and does not serve my purpose. Hence I called the Bangalore customer service on [protected] on 15th Oct gave them all the details. I called again on 21st, they asked me to send pictures of the mattress on watsapp no [protected] accordingly I sent it. Again on the 26th and 29th Oct, I sent reminders on their watsapp.
I called again on the 27th Oct to find out the status, but was given false promises that they will call, but till now I have not heard from them.
Would highly appreciate if this issue could be sorted out as soon as possible.

कल हमने एक कुरलोन मैट्रासे का आर्डर दिया था आवर आज दिनांक[protected] को सप्लाई किया गया ! लेकिन mattress (Size 6.5* 5 feet) का एक साइड का सिलाई खोल कर फिरसे सिलाई की गई है जो company के सिलाई से भिन्न है ! ओर सिलाई की क्वालिटी काफी ख़राब लग रही है ! जिससे हमें काफी निरसा(disappointment) हुई है ! ओर हमें पता नहीं है की जो प्रोडक्ट हमें मिला है वो ओरिजिनल प्रोडक्ट है या नहीं ! हमने यह प्रोडक्ट अंजना furniture कोरबा chhattishgarh के यहाँ से लिया है !

I am filing a complaint against the quality of the mattress, which I purchased from the authorised local supplier on 03 October 2020. These mattresses have shrunk from the center within 24 days. It looks bad to mention here but actually the condition of both mattresses is same. I am very upset to see all this.
Keeping above in view you're hereby requested to look on this matter and "replace my mattress or refund me back(either from your side or through local supplier)"as soon as possible.
Hopefully, you will carry out the task as suggested.

Hi I have purchased a Kurlo Bond Plus mattress from a store in Hyderabad 5 days back I want to know that how to register for its warranty

Mattress is under 2 years warranty but went bad within 6 months. Contacted Kurlon and they said it could be a possible manufacturing defect. They informed that the mattress could be replaced. I have been constantly following up but could not get a proper response. I have emailed them and also sent documents on Whatsapp as requested but they are not responding. I have been calling since 07/08/2020 and every time they say that the complaint has been looked into. I have attached the complaint mail that was sent to them along with the purchase receipt. Could you kindly help me out to get this resolved.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that as per the attached file I have purchased KURLON MATTRESS, in the year 2016, since the mid year 2018 onwards the mattress has developed Lumpy and has become uneven, as a result we are getting body pains and unable to sleep properly, I am furnishing my residential address for inspection and necessary action.

I purchased 3 numbers of chimera piĺlow one month back. The pillow was smelly, bad chemical odour, its not a PUFoam, looks like latex foam. I complained to the provided customer care number and whatsapp number given by customer care. I asked for replacement.Till now no calls from them. Even I had emailed them but no response. I had received emails twice just for the sake of replying done by customer care stating will reach me later. I had shared Tax Invoice receipt but they are pretending as if I did not share the receipt with them, asking me to share receipt again and again. Very very dissapointing, frustrated.Lost my hard earned money. Pls everyone, do not buy anything from KurlOn. They will cheat us by giving bad product.

I was trying continuously from year beginning but there were no replies neither phone calls nor emails.

I have a warranty claim for my bed which is 10 years and I would like to replace it per details warranty instructions. Could any one from Kurlon team do the needful on the same to proceed further.

1) Wet mattress delivered. Totally wet on both sides for about a foot(12 inches) length on one end of the mattress. Looks like the mattress was stored in wet conditions on that side.

2) Tear on mattress (red choir mattress), as shown on pictures below.

Kindly replace both the mattresses or refund amount.

I have purchased kurlon Diamond Mattress on 25/06/2020 from last 30 days cover of my mattress rising up like balloon. The COmplaint Number( [protected]) which is provided on brouchre is never get connected.

It is more than 10 weeks since i placed order and i do not have any update on the status.

I am having problem with my mattress cover. it rises up like balloon everytime.it happens on the both side of the mattress.and its annoying.

I purchased Kurl-on Pocket Spring Mattress (Variety: Angelica Box Top) (Product reference code: AE/ 78X72X6) which has come with 2 inch additional cushion (No idea why the cushion size given is 2 inches more than what is there in the description of the tag attached on the product).

I purchased it (around 34, 000/-) and the quality is getting worst day by day. The additional 2 inch cushion provided is a biggest failure as per my usage the quality not good even if you sit on the mattress its compressing and the action is all over the mattress due to which uncomfortable sleep and back pain started for my parents. We stopped using it as soon as we identify the flaw due to which its causing back pain issues.

The product I purchased is expected to be premium quality depending on the value I paid. However, the quality is not up to the mark. Could be manufacturing issue or the product description given on the tag and actual size is different. Since it is causing health issues no body would like to use it and get their condition worst by paying so much. Hence, requesting to get the refund to me or replace a good value for money product as per the description given to the tag. To compare the cushion on this mattress is as good as Kurl-on mattress which we will get it for 15K.

I have purchased the product from Home Town (Hyderabad) and attached the invoice along with product description tag given on the mattress which is not the actual size of the product manufactured.

Contrary to your brand name and reputation mattress has developed defects within a few month of purchase

I was purchased mattress on 22nd july but in a month mattress is pressing when we set or sleep after some time that area is pressed

I have bought the mattress back in november 2018, after a year o[censored]se it's become to sit down by a inch in some areas in it's thickness wise. Even last 5-6 month not in use, due to not present at home. Unfortunately i detached it's warranty tag from it, unaware of value of the tag.

We had brought kurlopillow sleepeez on[protected] and within one week the pillow foam or it got very thin. Its not as the original one.
Please we request you to exchange the pillow we got to a new kurlopillow chimera large.
