Order cancelled but refund not received

I purchased bed from thoriapakam urban ladder
They sent defective bed after 15 days of order
When I request to refund they refused
I didn't get any product replacement or refund
I am suffering from this company very much almost 15 days of order still struggling to get answers from them...

I have ordered 5 seater sofa seat from urban ladder, they are neither delivering it nor giving me my refund...

I have been cheated by the e-commerce site urban ladder on my booking of a non storage bed. My first order #T[protected] was placed on 28/04/2023 for three items and all of them were prepaid. Out of the three items one product sent was a wrong product and after raising a ticket the product was taken back after 15 days after continuous follow up.
