Delayed delivery and faulty product

Hi,
Please raise a complaint against urban ladder where my order T[protected]
get delayed and when it came not have all the required product for which installation doesn't carried out.
The replacement also not processing and when I request cancel they are saying they can do after the order pick up, even after multiple request it is picked up....

    They sent defective bed after 15 days of order
    When I request to refund they refused

    I have been cheated by the e-commerce site urban ladder on my booking of a non storage bed. My first order #T[protected] was placed on 28/04/2023 for three items and all of them were prepaid. Out of the three items one product sent was a wrong product and after raising a ticket the product was taken back after 15 days after continuous follow up. The item was subsequently cancelled and the refund issued after 15 days.

    Again another product was ordered from the same e- commerce website vide #T[protected] on 29/5/2023 and fully prepaid. As per the booking status the product was to be delivered on 25/6/2023 and so far NOT DELIVERED . When I call the support team no satisfactory response is given. Even email grievance is also not attended to.

    As a consumer i want a speedy redressal and compensation as two times the URBAN LADDER has cheated me. They use customers fund and don't bother to respond.

    I am a highly frustrated and disappointed consumer with no way of getting a proper redressal.

      I placed an order for the wardrobe from Urban Ladder on May 8th, 2023. Order no. T[protected]. Bluewud Andrie Engineered Wood 2 Door Wardrobe with Drawer -Walnut and White. After a lot of follow-ups, the wardrobe got delivered however one of its parts was damaged. Again I had to follow up to get it replaced. Got a response from the support team on 22nd May stating that the damaged part will be replaced in 4 days. After 4 days they wrote another email stating the part will be delivered by 30th May. Finally, it got delivered it took 2 days for installing people to come. On the 1st of June, the installation guys came on and confirmed that the part which was finally delivered after a long follow-up is not the right size. Now the same process starts again. It is almost a month now and I have to struggle for a Wardrobe. The company is not ready to refund the money as it's a third-party product. I have to wait for the damaged part to be replaced no matter how long it takes. Such a helpless condition.

        Refund issue

        I have bught a office chair through online and paid the amount Rs. 3, 449 on 2nd Nov 2022.           Product details - Apollo Sofa
          Product purchased on Aug 2022

          Issue details - leatherette damage within 6yrs of purchase.

          Now I raised the complaint on January 2023 to Urban ladder for the replacement of the product as I was promised and assured that if any damage of the material within a year will be replaced free of cost. On that statement I purchased the premium apollo sofa which cost me near about 1lakh.

          Now here starts the scam, while I raised the complaint Urban ladder team called me and gave me a justification that leatherette doesn't come under warranty, which was never being addressed by sales person while dealing with us or selling the product.
          Now I have a question to UL if their premium product is a scrap and no reliability? As product got damage within 6months, which cost me approx 1lakh, do you think it's worth to invest? 2ndly their customer service is pathetic they don't have a decency to accept their product is a scrap, though I have a proof. PFA, I have attached one screenshot, my entire sofa has such cracks. I am really pissed off now and going for consumer court for the justification.

            I ordered a TV Stand(Rowlet Engineered Wood Free Standing TV Unit In Beige Finish) which got delivered and at the time of installation, Installation guys realized that items are missing in the package and asked me to raise a request for missing part delivery. I did same and waited so long for the resolution. Each and every time they asked me to allow some more time and I fed-up with that. Now they are not properly responding to my chat and mails. I wish some one should be there to help on this kind of cheating. Please help.

              Hi Team

              I booked 6 session for chin laser service on 14th Dec.

              When the beautician visited she told me that i have paid for chin and not upper neck laser treatment and i need to do more payment.
              - As per previous laser service taken from Kaya that area is called as lower chin and that's what we have read in school. Where has team shared specific definition of what is upper neck ?
              - when complain was raised for refund i am being told that there is no refund policy written in app. I do not see any no refund policy note written while placing order nor now.
              - As per the beautician i should have got notification for video consultation from doctor to get clarity on which area needs treatment . No notification shared by team to book video consultation by me . I presume doctor should call himself/herself . Why there is no specific guidelines given that customer need to call and book for video consultation.
              - The picture given on app is same for chin and chin +upper neck . How will customer come to know that lower chin is being defined as upper neck ???

              In case there is so specific definitions of body parts to be treated why should customer suffer and how can urban team deny my refund without providing service? why will I pay more price then market rate for additional charges team is demanding .

                We have placed an order(office table) from Urban Ladder for amounting 7126 on 25th November 2022 however the money was deducted but order wasn’t placed. We sent an email and connected through chats and phone call on Monday for our issue. The team told us that it will take 24 hours to get it resolved as there is technical glitch however there was no update or call from their side. We are calling every day but there is no response from their side. Daily they are saying that they will get back but nobody is calling or updating us on our issue.

                  TO ALL THE LAZY INCOMPETENT BUFFOONS AT URBANLADDER,

                  I placed this order(T[protected] over 2 MONTHS AGO!!! It was supposed to be delivered on Sep 23rd, but it seems you you have decided it to keep it for yourselves and spend my money partying! This is utterly deplorable and you should all lose your jobs, houses and families since you are worth less than the ### of a stray dog.

                  I spoke to one Nasurullah who escalated this matter to Arif in October. Both of whom are probably sleeping all day and scratching their balls. They assured me this would be delivered in 24-48 hours but it has been over 1 month!!! GIVE ME A REFUND AND CLOSE YOUR COMPANY AND WEBSITE!! THIS IS ROBBERY!! It was 15, 000 rupees, which is more than some people's salaries!

                    We have ordered 1 chair and table, but chair was defective so we had returned and asked for refund.
                    They denied on refund and issued a voucher, which we had in account, after 2-3 month when we tried to purchase via voucher, the website show it invalid.. up on contacting these imbeciles, they said we had cancelled a voucher and put those money back in to source account, we have checked all the accounts and there was no refund. They gave us fake UTR no. Which our bank has confirmed us.
                    I see lot of people having same kind of monetary fraud, and consume court has to take it up to legality now.

                      I have ordered Queen size mattress from Urban Ladder which was supposed to be delivered by 24th 0ct 2022 but still I didn't get the product. The Customer team acknowledge me that I will be receiving the unit within 24 hours and today is 28th Oct 2022 but no update through messages or mail with the status. Cruel customer service from Reliance @ Urban Ladder. Nor can I cannel my order as informed from Urban Ladder customer team. Hence the reader on this platform, my experienced can be a lesson for other's as well.

                        I ordered 2 item (Order # T[protected] on 17th Sep 2022.Following are the order details-
                        1) Alfreeda White Cotton Shade Table Lamp (Black & Gold)
                        2) Sneha Console Table (Walnut, Matte Finish)

                        Item no. 1 had an estimated delivery date of 26-28 Sep and after multiple calls to Urban ladder and delivery partner, they delivered the product on 11th Oct.
                        There was no quality checks from urban ladder as the lamp had small dents on it. Since these were small dents I ignored it and was happy that at least I got the product delivered.

                        Item no. 2 had an estimated delivery date of 11th Oct 2022 and even after multiple calls to Urban ladder, they have not delivered the product yet. Every time I call urban ladder I get a template response and an email reply. They have no control on the delivery, they have just taken the money and now they don't care. Every time their delivery partner will keep changing the "Estimated delivery date" to next day and their delivery executive will call me once in 3-4 days asking "can we deliver today" or "can we deliver tomorrow" and they never turned up.

                        I have requested Urban ladder that if they can not deliver the product in good condition by 20th Oct 2022, they should refund my money. For which I have not received any communication. They are avoiding the refund and is not delivering the product as well.

                          This is regarding the item DevinSolid Wood Study Table in Order ID T[protected].
                          This Product was delivered to us more than 2 weeks back, and during installation it was found that the product was damaged.
                          tThe Installation team took photos of the damage in the product, and told us that they will escalate it internally .
                          Post that from past two weeks we have also been reaching out to the customer care team for getting this product returned, everytime we are told that someone will contact us within 48 hrs but no one ever does.
