    kurlon spine therapy mattress having huge defect

    Hi,
    I have purchased spine therapy mattress one month before, after using it within a week we are getting body pains due to up and downs over the mattress wherever used.day to day it's getting increased.i raised complaint in 20 days back and technician also visited and observed the same.
    When I called customer care, people not received any update so far from technician.
    How long I need to wait to get it resolved this...

    My complaint number is 1359512.
    My mattress got serious problem but your inspection person did not elaborate my problem in his inspection report.
    Top layer of the mattress fully damaged
    I mean i feel like i am sagging into the mattress, even when there is not noticeable sag, it is probably due to the softening of the core in the memory foam, this singnificantly affecting my sleep and how i feel all day long. I want proper and educated person to visit my place and inspect the mattress and i also want replacement of this matters, this mattress destroying my everyday life.

      I placed order on kurl-on on 12 nov 2019
      Today is 14 dec. No update of my order i'd status.[protected] and[protected]. They are not sending the info regarding courier also. Simply saying escalated matter. To whom u are escalating useless service. What if i need emergency things if i order. I prefer not to order kurl-on next time. This type of attitude is not good on the part of kurl on.
      I had placed an order online for mattresses on 16th Nov despite continued follow ups; there is no status of my order.

      My order number is[protected]. Company is extremely unresponsive and representatives do not come back.

      It is very unethical of Kurlon to cheat customers who place orders on their own website.

        Hi,

        In continuation from earlier compliant regarding Order number[protected],
        despite call to customer care, there has not been update.

        Mattresses were purchased on 16th Nov 2019 online in Kurlon website. It has been close to a month; there has been no update in the calls nor a email on the same.

        Appreciate there is update on this... As I have said earlier this is for my parents who are 80+ years and they dont have good one...

        If it is further getting delayed, please advise how to cancel this order. This one has been painful transaction with Kurlon..Wish easier route is to put in social media or consumer forum.

          Hi i have purchased kurlon mattress, just in few months its started depressing, i have registerd a complain[protected] a month ago but till now no technician visited me, everytime cc assured me that their technicians will be visiting within couple of days. Very bad service. I will never ever going to buy this product and will not recommend it to anyone.

            The kurlon Bond mattress is the worst mattress infact the company itself is a garbage and fraud company.
            They perfectly explained with full confidence that it is especially designed for backaches and people with back pain problems.

            My mother used a thermacoal and a sponge layered mattress before kurlon. It was old enough and my mom started having minor back pains.

            We planned on buying the kurlo bond mattress because the sales guy clearly mentioned it is for the people suffering with back pains and lasts almost 15 years with a 7 year warranty.

            But when we bought the mattres and started using it, a week passed and my mom is facing pain way more worse than before.

            The kurlon mattress started giving more backaches than ever before.
            when we tried to approach the customer care they delayed the call everyday and finally after keeping it on hold for 1 hour straight, they said that the technician will visit our house after 3-4 days.

            The technician never showed up to house and delayed till 40 days.

            after 40 days when the technician finally came after shouting at the customer care, the customer care cannot speak hindi nor english, he is speaking in telugu. After all the hard work when the technician finally came to the house and said that the bed is 1.5 inch saggy.

            and after the bed is saggy above 1.5 inch, the warranty does not claim.

            They said they can neither fix the issue nor exchange the bed.

            Technical support = 0%

            DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST IT.
            FRAUD COMPANY JUST FOR THE MONEY AND FAME AND 0% TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!!

                We bought Kurlon Magnum in July 2019 and we found there was depression after 10 days of purchase.
                We raised a complaint in July 2019 it self, Such a stupid customer care and don't have enough resources. And they delayed for 3 months and now saying that depression is not more than 1.5 inch. They did not measure properly and they agree it is damaged.
                But they are not ready to replace the mattress.

                    Your m/s. Varsha's hi-rich furniture malleswaram, bangalore' karnataka dealer delivered my ordered mattress 2 with 3 pillows instead of 4 nos on 4/10/19 vide bill 1281/4-10-19. Since then as of now i have not received one short delivered pillow as promised by your dealer.in spite of my meeting your dealer in person 4 times on this issue they simply keep telling me as and when they receive from you it will be delivered. It is my dismay as an esteemed reputed kurl-on company why failed to take care of my as your customer redressal and meet my genuine complaint to resolve which is pending last 15 days.                       I have purchased Kurlo Bond Mattress Queen size [78*60*5] on 9th Sept 2019 from one of the dealers New Haryana Handloom & Furniture shop at Marathahalli Bangalore after several comparisons & reviews.

                      I am having Back Pain issue to reduce that only I have changed my Old Sleep well coir mattress with this Kurlo Bond, but it is increased Back-ache as well as shoulder Pain rather than decrease I expected. Informed Dealer so he is refused and ask me to connect Customer Care.

                      Also Sagging within 2 weeks only some sides and pain increased more. As I am Corporate Employee and faith on Kurl-On ...and we suggest so many employees to go for our trusted Brand.

                      Complained [Complaint No: 1120147 ] after one week to Kurl On Customer Care which inspected [Even I informing to him regarding pains but not listening] on 20th Sept 2019 and not useful ...they are suggesting to complain thru mail for further action.

                      Even though I purchased 7 Years Warranty Mattress but not even able to sleep for 7 Days ...Tried for 3 weeks but no betterness till today.

                      Considering all these as well as Please find the attached photos of Mattresses and Invoice.

                      Could you check and take the necessary action form your end either Refund the Amount or Replace the Mattresses [May be Manufacturing Defect] .

                      Let me know still any inputs from my End.

                        Hi kurlon team,
                        I have purchased the above kurlon mattress thinking that the kurlon products are far superior than other brands. But iam disappointed that the same mattress got shape out inthe centre. I have complained to kurlon and mr. Manju nath Gowda visited my house and accepted that there is a technical issue and assured for replacement as this product is with in warranty period. But after inspection they have not bothered to worry about their consumers. My spine got damaged and slip disc occurred and spent around 40k in Manipal hospital including MRI scans. I have explained my level best to Manjunath Gowda somehow the kurlon company is not adhered to their warranty policies. Since there is no reply from kurlon, iam raising the consumer complaint directly in high court with all my documents as I got mental agony and distressed with follow ups.

                        I am sorry that there is no other option for me to convince

To be specific it is pressed all from center point and it is looking like 10 years old mattress i purchase this brand due to quality and trust but if this is the quality then what is the trust level?

                                  I had purchased a kurlon angelica kingsize mattress from home shop in the month of march 2019. I started using the same from may 2019. As my interiors got ready in my home. By the start of august 2019, i started seeing a dip in the middle of each sleep area. The dipping has constantly increasing since then.
                                  I first went to home shop where they informed to lodge a complaint at the toll free number of kurlon. After three days, i managed getting someone on line.
                                  They took my complaint and sent one mr. Manjunath gowda to inspect the mattress.
                                  He agreed that there is a dip and also was convinced that there is a defect.
                                  Here is where he changed colours. He informs that only if the dipping is beyond 1.5, they will replace the mattress.
                                  The mattress is linked directly to our backbone, reason that we chose a mattress that costed rs. 39.000. It means to say, we continuosly sleep on this defective product till it meets the manufacturer's replacement norms.
                                  In that case, who will replace our spine after it gets damaged by reaching the manufacturer's norms..??
                                  I am raising this complaint and also will take all necessary action to get the value of my money.
                                  Will send all details to the health board, the consumer forum and bring all public awareness.
                                  Selling such under rated products and cheating people of their money is a crime.
                                  Please look into the matter seriousely and make sure i get a replacement of the mattress, which assures me of the value of money and safety of my spine.

                                    Never ever expected such a substandard services from a high standard claiming company.

                                    We had purchased 3 of your superior quality mattresses worth of about rs. 2 lakhs. One mattress has sagged which on complaining to santacruz west distributor, after a long delay they deputed representative who was pretty rude and out rightly denied to understand or accept the complaint. It was shocking to know that your customer service staff can be so antagonistic.

                                    Then later about 2 months ago i had visited your booth in hgh exhibition 2019 and had complaint to one mr. Rahul. He had assured that after exhibition he will personally have the complaint resolved but it just turned out a bluff talk as no one bothered to contact us or resolve the complaint.

                                    Last week on tracing mr. Rahul’s no [protected]. I called him but he tried to dodge and avoid taking any responsibility or even helping to resolve the complaint.

                                    Had i ever knew that kurl - on gives such pathetic substandard service then i would have never ever purchased mattresses from you. For my complaint i am escalating to the highest authority and test the ability and intentions of ‘kurl-on’. If my compliant is resolved by kurl - on in a positive manner then it can change my mindset and infuse the lost confidence for kurl - on.

                                      Kurlon bed is 2 years old and it’s affected with bedbugs.
                                      We treated with pest control but still bedbugs are not going.
                                      Kurlon provides beds which are chemically treated. What’s the reason for getting this. It’s causing a lot of issues and we need our money for the bed back.
                                      We have manufacturing date and amount details and some tags on the bed.
