I haven't received my refuns. The product was return on 16 dec and as per conversation with company i was suppose to get full refund.
Doing constant follow up to my refund but they says its in process.
Its very high time and its felt like i have been cheated.

Pls rever back and refund my money Asap.

      I have purchased kurlon mattress from Flipkart in 4 months time the mattress has developed depression and since the time we have complained to kurlon[protected] complaint no) they have only been asking us to again and again submit video. They are not satisfied with any video. They have issue with all videos and have put our complaint on hold since more than a year and every time I call up their customer care number they say u haven't submitted...

      When called customer care regarding the replacement of mattress, they will ask us to email on their customer care email. When we send email they don't respond at all.

      Please don't buy any product as you won't get any response from the customer care if you get issues. I doubt that they wont take care of warranty also.

        Order K3794 the mattress was delivered 6th dec 2022. kurlon dream star quality is too bad. Its very hard and its not worth single panny. I purchased kurlon dream star product 7 year back and its quality was great so i ordered same product on 27 nov.

        But this mattress is not same quality and very hard to sleep on it.

        Pls return the product and provide refund.

          Order K3794 The mattress was delivered On 6th dec 2022. kurlon dream star quality is too bad. Its very hard. I purchased kurlon dream star product 7 year back and its quality was greatsand so I rdered same product on 27 nov 2022

          But this mattress is not same quality and very hard to sleep on it. its very poor quality mattress.

            I got a defective Kurlon mattress and registered multiple complaints, it has been almost a year and still, there is no proper response.

            They won't send a technician to check the defect, if we sent a video then they will reject saying it is not proper. the issue is from day one and still, they won't replace it. I am frustrated with Kurlon support, Pls do not buy Kurlon they won't care about customers

              I raised case for faulty matress with kurlon Complaint id 17265464.

              From last 4 months they are keep on asking a new document evrytine.
              I am really frustrated with their poor supoort and policy of irritating people.

              They are not asking all documents in one go. Everything i send a new doc and call customer support thry reply now its done. And someone will connect to fix the issue.

              But no one reaches out, when i connect back they again ask for something new.

                  Issue with delivery for Kurl-on Mattress by dealer

                  I had purchased a kurlon sofa from Flipkart. I got the product delivered during November lockdown 2020 and it came in defective and damaged condition. Since November 2020 i am following up with Flipkart and Kurlon both wasted my time till 1 year and after that said now that your warranty is over we cannot help you... Both Flipkart and Kurlon are scammers and avoid them at all cost. Kurlon gives warranty only on papers and when you contact them to take the warranty for the same they move u in circles. Send photo, send video, we dont do physical inspection, we only see videos... What a nonsense company and no one to take the responsibility. They don't have a functional authority to take any decision. Only 2 munim jis are sitting taking call and they tell you over the phone we cannot help u with this. Give them any problem their recation is this only. Useless brand and horrible service. Another robber is Flipkart who knows only how to fleece you. If you inform Flipkart that you have received damage product they tell you to contact brand and brand tells you contact Flipkart. They will make you a ping pong ball and finally you will leave your chase and give up. So save your money and avoid KURLON (Kasht-on)AND Fli(O)pkart AND ALL COST.

                    I bought the mattress in February of 2022 from Neelkanth Furnishing, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon for Rs, 21, 600. In just 2 months, the mattress started depressing. I called and tried to file a complaint with Kurl On but they rejected my complaint. After a few months i started sending them mails regarding my complaints and i even attached pictures of the mattress which clearly showed the depression. Again they rejected my complaint saying that i need to send them a video showing the problem in the mattress. I completely followed that and sent them the video. (i am unable to attach that video here due to the size)
                    Again they rejected it. I sent them several mails asking them the reason for rejection but no revert. I bought an expensive mattress because of my back problem and i tried explaining that as well but no concern or help was given.
                    I have never faced such bad customer service from any company.
                    I even tried contacting the dealer but even he has said that the Kurl On people do not respond to complaints.

                        I placed an online order for two nos. Spine Therapy (single - Size: 72′′ x 30′′, Thickness: 6′′(D#2U9CFOU). Order #K3507 was confirmed. The payment of Rs. ₹ 30, 398.00 was made online (2 X 15, 199.00).

                        The mattresses were delivered 06.08.2022. However, the invoice provided was of Rs. 17, 340.00 (For two mattresses). Thinking of the error in the invoice I returned the invoice to the delivery person and have not acknowledged receipt on it. The photo of the invoice is attached herewith.

                        I have been following up for the correct invoice since 07.08.2022, but have not been provided. I made several calls to the customer care no. [protected] and written numerous mails to [protected]@kurlon.com.

                        It may be the case that the actual price of two mattresses is only Rs. 17, 340.00 only. I want a refund of Rs. 13, 058.00 and compensation towards harassment. I also need the invoice for my record and Warranty.

                        By not providing the correct invoice I have incurred a loss of ₹ 30, 398.00, since I had to present a GST invoice to the office and take a refund.

                        Kindly look into the issue and arrange for the refund.

                          One of the useless company i have ever seen .I have raised a complaint regarding my matress issue 15 days back and they have been asking to take the photos and videos regarding the problem and as per their instructions i have given all the details but those ### are not responsding i dont know why and i have called their CUSTOMER care also they will say that we will priortise the case and they are not doing it and CUSTOMER care ### are very much abusive and escpecially mr sushanth(idiot) was very very abusive and showing his attitude very badly.Take action against that idiotic employee and resolve my issue on priority.
