Kindly service and rectify my spring mattress sagging

I had placed an online order for an Everfirm mattress ( 78x36x4) on 9th May, 2023. I was told an update will be send regarding the same. But till date I haven't heard anything. I have called the customer service multiple times but they seem to be very incompetent and have no information about my order whatsoever. They do not know how to deal with customer complaint and keep saying their senior is not available and that they will pass on the information to the senior and somebody will call back. But nobody gets back, I have tagged them on Twitter too but no solution yet. I am worried that my money is lost . Please either deliver my order or refund the money I paid.

I purchased the Kurlon Mattress on 31 May 2022 and after 9-10 months it started shrinking and there are bumps on it. I contacted with your representative Mr. Shukal on 17 April 2023 and sent him photographs and videos of the mattress on WhatsApp and in response he has committed to take an action on it till 2 May 2023 but as on date no action has been taken on this matter. I complaint in the shop also from where I have bought this but they told me to contact your company's helpline number but that number is not reachable. I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful at the earliest. Details of the bill are as follows:

Within 6 Months the mattress got defected and broken length and breadth wise.pics uploaded here.

I bought kurlon Mattress on 02.12.2022 and after 6-7 days it's thread started unraveling. I complaint in the shop from where I bought this but he told me this problem solved by company and give me a company helpline which is not reachable always.

Bed coil springs are sticking out
There are bumps on the mattress
I would like a service assistant as soon as possible

My mattress in solder side squeezed in

We bought kurlobond 3 years ago, it is now shrinking in between

The MATTRESS is pressed between and sides are different full size 3.5 and pressed size 2.5

Sir good morning, i purchased Kurl on mattress customized on 16.11.2022 at Himayatnagar. As per advise of dealer, who told best support for back pain, Active 3 zone with customized was purchased on 16.11.2022 with 7 inches. My wife back surgery took place in 2015. I am a sufferer with back pain since 2001. The matter is soft, unable to sleep . Severe back pain getting in usage of this. i complained with in week to dealer. Dealer is not responding . i spoken with customer care on 28.11.2022. But nobody responding. I haven't received my refuns. The product was return on 16 dec and as per conversation with company i was suppose to get full refund.
Doing constant follow up to my refund but they says its in process.
Its very high time and its felt like i have been cheated.

Pls rever back and refund my money Asap.

I have sent them Sagging video and also original bill copy but no Response.

When called customer care regarding the replacement of mattress, they will ask us to email on their customer care email. When we send email they don't respond at all.

Please don't buy any product as you won't get any response from the customer care if you get issues. I doubt that they wont take care of warranty also.

Order K3794 the mattress was delivered 6th dec 2022. kurlon dream star quality is too bad. Its very hard and its not worth single panny. I purchased kurlon dream star product 7 year back and its quality was great so i ordered same product on 27 nov.

But this mattress is not same quality and very hard to sleep on it.

Pls return the product and provide refund.

I got a defective Kurlon mattress and registered multiple complaints, it has been almost a year and still, there is no proper response.

They won't send a technician to check the defect, if we sent a video then they will reject saying it is not proper. the issue is from day one and still, they won't replace it. I am frustrated with Kurlon support, Pls do not buy Kurlon they won't care about customers

I raised case for faulty matress with kurlon Complaint id 17265464.

From last 4 months they are keep on asking a new document evrytine.
I am really frustrated with their poor supoort and policy of irritating people.

They are not asking all documents in one go. Everything i send a new doc and call customer support thry reply now its done. And someone will connect to fix the issue.

But no one reaches out, when i connect back they again ask for something new.

I bought 2 mattress of variety-super deluxe and content-coir mattress. The mattress didn't fit in my bed size. Kindly do needful work

I purchased a kurlon mattress on[protected] from Flipkart and just in 2 months complaint Id 13054291 the mattress developed depression and the same was informed to kurlon via mail but si nce then till date kurlon has not provided any replacement. Its one of the most horrible company i have ever bought a product from which does not care about its customer's. They have disabled google reviews so you cannot post negative review. They dont have any responsible person handling the defects. Its just buy their products and forget about any warranty. Warranty is only on paper and in actual Kurlon company is working on auto pilot mode. They dont have a grievance department just 2 monkeys have been appointed to deny any complaint you make. Stay away from kurlon at all cost.

I had purchased a kurlon sofa from Flipkart. I got the product delivered during November lockdown 2020 and it came in defective and damaged condition. Since November 2020 i am following up with Flipkart and Kurlon both wasted my time till 1 year and after that said now that your warranty is over we cannot help you... Both Flipkart and Kurlon are scammers and avoid them at all cost. Kurlon gives warranty only on papers and when you contact them to take the warranty for the same they move u in circles. Send photo, send video, we dont do physical inspection, we only see videos... What a nonsense company and no one to take the responsibility. They don't have a functional authority to take any decision. Only 2 munim jis are sitting taking call and they tell you over the phone we cannot help u with this. Give them any problem their recation is this only. Useless brand and horrible service. Another robber is Flipkart who knows only how to fleece you. If you inform Flipkart that you have received damage product they tell you to contact brand and brand tells you contact Flipkart. They will make you a ping pong ball and finally you will leave your chase and give up. So save your money and avoid KURLON (Kasht-on)AND Fli(O)pkart AND ALL COST.
