Respected sir,
I had purchased a matress on 12 june 2016 from matress house, shop no. c-871 behind rehan brothers raheem nagar, mahanagar, lucknow. matress purchased by me is defective. with in one month its spring became defective and matress got down 2 inch. i complained about this problem to the concern shop but got no response. kindly look into the matter and replace it.
The detail of matress is as below -

    I purchased kurlon mattress from furniture shop on 20th jun 2016 from pune sai furniture kothroad.
    After i used mattress for one week i started getting backpain and immeditly called customer care. Agent from kurlon immediatly visited and gave feedback that there is nothing wrong with mattress and nothing can be done.
    No one from company who i can speak to about problem called me to explain or justify. Company simply denied to take any action.

        Kurlon has the worst customer support services I have ever experienced. Everytime you call them they will given the same answer. As per them they don't have any control on anything neither they can connect us to somebody senior who is answerable.
        My mattresses were recommended for replacement by their engineer 7 months back but i am still waiting for the replacement and everytime I contact them they give the same answer that please wait for one week and the same story is going on from last 7 month.
        Can somebody please help me in getting their service head/MD or any other higher authority's details.

          I lodged a complaint with Kurlon with regarding the spring mattress which i bought in the year 2012.


          Immeditely after purchasing we had a few problems and we were able to get the replacement after 6 months from KURLON as a result of rigorous followup.

          Now that we have more problem on the bed sagging and raised the complaint with Complaint No . TA2308. A person from KURLON visited our place and took a photograph of the bed condition and told us that the people from service dept will get back and solution will be provided soon.

          However its been more than 3 months no resolution provided and we are having problem with the mattress and that is also giving us health issues.

            We have purchased Sofa Kurlon Black fubric colour from Asha Furniture, Jagdeo Path, Rajabazar branch, Patna on 02nd Mar 2016 and Bill No. is 109 but after 1 month of purchased we have found Middle of the 3 seater sofa got band and his wood loose.

            So please do the needful action immediately.
            And your kind cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

              I have purchased two new super deluxe kurlon mattress from hq southern command csd canteen pune on 04 aug 2015. After few months passed it has been noticed that both matters are giving trouble of back ache and neck pain and found that both matters have been sagged. After few month, a complained was lodged with your customer care on 08 may 2016 allotting a ticket id no 1334853. The inspection was also done by your technician and report alongwith photos and copy of guarantee card sent your authority concerned. I was told in between to wait for mail from company. So far i have not received any mail even after repeated requests/reminders at your customer care. They are assuring me only to wait and not any concrete reply. Please do needful at the earliest.

                I bought 2 Kurlon mattresses on 31st May and then immediately realized some problem in it.
                Called Dealer next day and he staight forward refused to look into any matter since it is under gauranty from Kurlon. I called Kurlon customer care on[protected] on 1st June. they were very reluctant to understand the problem and every time they say .. "Okay, a technician will visit your home and you can tell any problem to him".
                After repeatedly followup, anyhow I managed to lodge complaint on 4th June and it generated 2 ticket no for 2 mattresses. and those are 1384530 and 1384531.
                after this I got call from +91 [protected] on 5th June to schedule technician visit on 6th June at 12 PM. I have been waiting till 01:45 PM managing and cancelling my other priorities. Technician called me at 01:45 PM and said it will take next 01:30 hours if I leave now for your place. I said, in that case visit next day at 12 PM or before that. Technician said there will not be any technician assisting you before 2 PM at your area.
                This whole process frustated me like anything. Why the hell they schedule appointment when they are not able to visit on time.
                I have repeatedly taken follow up on[protected]. Kurnon representative on[protected] number, they all make false promises. they gaurantee you to visit technician next day at perticualr time. but that never happens.
                I got call from +91 [protected] thrice. they says .. you will get a happy code just after this call and then technician will visit ot you at particualr time. neither any happy code message came on my mobile nor any technician visited my place to resolve the issue.
                when I again followed up on[protected], they said you didnt picked up the call from +91 [protected] and since you are not answering we are closing thiese tickets. I aksed them not to close, since there is no visit yet.
                I also have talked with Mr Salim who is manager on the floor when you ring[protected].
                He said I am assuring you, this will get resolve within a week and home visit will be schedule within 2 days. But that never happen and now Mr Salim is reluctant to talk to me. their representative not connecting me to Mr Salim.
                This seems worst experience of my life even after giving so much of money.
                Instead Century Mattresses are giving very good services as per my friend's experience.
                I would not encourage anyone to ever buy Kurlon mattresses. instead go for any other vendor. Kurlon service is even worst than third level.
                there is Zero value for your money when you put your money by thinking so much and result is zero.

A technician visited my house took photos of the mattress and collected all the required documents. But after few days when I contacted the customer care they gave a report that the sagging depth given by the technician was less than 1 inch and there is no way of replacement. These guys are just cheaters and they do not respond properly. To hell with these guys. I will never suggest to any one to buy a mattress from kurlon..

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have purchased Kurlon Mattress on February. It got delivered with manufacturing defect. Coir quality service not good. Edges of coir came out of the outer cloth all over the mattress. We registered complaint twice and inspection has been done two time within this three months of time. I might following up this complaint calling kurlon customerservice every alternate days. Whenever I call, they reply we will replace your mattress, but waiting for approval. It's been more than two months. Untill now they are not resolving my complaint. It's really annoying me to call Kurlon customerservice every alternate days in working hours. Please take some necessary steps to resolve my issue.

                      Hi, We had purchased a kurlon DC matress from fabfurnish site in Nov 2015. Soon it started to sag and we reported a complaint in March 2016. Techinician visited and confirmed the defect in mattress and recommended a replacement. Since then, it is around 3 months and we have not yet received any repalcement, also no formal notification is received regarding replacement of the same. Everytime we contact customer care, we are told that we will receive it in one week and it never happens.
                      Hi Namita, request you to share the order details. So that we can follow up on the same and get back to you.

                        I have bought kurlon mattress on the last dec which is under warranty and even i have file case with kurlon on 24th april and the case id is 1314485 kurlon has sent a local technician to visit the place for verification which has been done for the same. He has collected the artefact and uploaded the same to kurlon apps. I was told that they will get processed after a couple of weeks... But things never happened even after a month when i tried to reach the customer care to check the status of the request i was told they are in process on the same. I asked to connect to next level ie deepak is the duty manager but the response is unhappy. I need help in the regard to taking it forward. I am totally unhappy with customer care executive whom i had a conversation.

                          I raised a complaint regarding my defected mattress - ta-2481 in the month of march '16. On 12th apr, the guy suresh came to our house to inspect the mattresses. He confirmed that one of the mattress is going to be replaced. Still after so many follow ups, my mattress is not replaced.
                          When i call the customer care on 31st may '16, they told me that the complaint has been closed from their side - citing 'their team didn't get response from my side'.
                          Not sure how to proceed now.

                              Sagging was found in Kurl-On "CLASSIC" mattress.
                              This mattress is well "within warranty".

                              I logged a service complaint, Reference Service Ticket ID -131367; Dtd. - 23rd April, '16 for Mattress sagging.
                              Kurl-On Service engineer visited on 24th April, '16 for inspection and accepted a "product fault", ie., Sagging in Mattress.
                              He raised the inspection report recommending "warranty replacement".

                              Sad to note that there has been "NO RESPONSE" from Kurl-On till today, 24th May, '16 (ie., In 30 days).
                              Every time I call customer care, I'm requested to wait for 48 hours for a resolution. this has been going on since the last 16 days, now. But, NO RESOLUTION.

                              I fail to understand the company policy, which lets the its customer suffer.

                              Request you to please respond back to the replacement claim raised by your service engineer.

                                  I have purchased mattresses from Kurlon during 2014 complaint of sagging was registered.The company replaced the mattress with a new mattress and the same problem repeated within guarantee period. Complaint no TA 1117 was lodged on 8th March which was inspected by kurlon team on 10th march recommended for replacement but till date no replacement was done .
                                  At least 10 calls to customer helpline was made but the result is NIL.All false promises were given.Now I am transferred to guntur . Replace the mattress or give back the money. I am put to lot of hardship due to your deficient services.MY next step is to go for Consumer grievance to get compensation Very very Unfortunate you have not responded to more than 10 calls.We are vexed with your services.

                                    I k satish kumar booked a complaint for repalcement of my faulty dreamsleep mattresses on 05-jan-2016 with complaint number tn56608 and i have given complaint to local dealer also
                                    Kurlon executive visited the my premises on 06/02/2016 and said that it is the defected one and replacement will be done with in one week but till date i have not got any replacement
                                    I had spoken with customer care many times but upto march end they are saying replacement approved with in short time u will get replacement.
                                    In the month of april they said that replacement was already done. But i told to them that replacement not done. They said that hey will escalate this issue and see that your replacement will reach with in one week u.
                                    In the month of may they are saying that the replacement was not approved because of the with out inspection of kurlon executive. But i told your executive visited on 06/02/2016. They said that hey will escalate this issue and see that your replacement will reach with in two days

                                    Kindly resolve this issue
                                    We are uncomfortable with the mattresses

                                      I purchased a kurl-on mattress (Eden make) from evoke store kirti nagar.
                                      1. The mattress had defect (Having a knot inside) and was replaced
                                      2. Second mattress sagged a lot and was again replaced.
                                      3. Now the third mattress has also sagged and we have highly undulated surface making it very uncomfortable to use.
                                      Kindly replace and provide a well tested piece.

                                      We have purchased Kurl on mattress in November 2015 from a dealer in Gurgaon. But just in 4month of time the coir on the top surface of the mattress started coming out. Also at some places the coir got accumulated and have formed a hard stoned structure.thus became very uncomfortable to sit.
                                      Product defect accepted n confirm replacement now denying for the replacement.
