I have bought a kurlon on jan14 with in the warranty time this mattress is sagging on the center there is no help from the customer care the mattress is absolutely rubbish and their way of replay is wart for nothing i am totality not satisfied with the mattress and there service.

    Hi, Last month I have raised the complaint no TN71774 that my mattress is sagging on sides. I have already tried 4 times and getting the same answer that I will receive a call from Gurgaon office but I think they are sleeping. I need the resolution for this as it is becoming very difficult to sleep on this mattress.

      I am ashish kamble . I have purchased kurlon foam bed mattress 1 year ago. Its with 5 years guarantee. So I made a complaint on your toll free no[protected]. On 3rd November I registerd the complaint. My complaint no is TN72985. They told me that your complaint is in progress. But after 15 days also its not yet solved. Kindly look into this matter seriously. and do needfull as early as possible.

        Hi Sukriti (Kurl On North), As per your last e-mail when you stated that I have to pay 20% of mattress cost due to time delay issue, and our conversation on phone, I agreed for paying 20% cost of mattress against immediate replacement of the mattress - This order was placed on September 20, 2014. I am very surprised that after about 15-16 calls and reminding everyday and false promises from you and your team, the mattress is still not delivered. I spoke to the dealer Ashish Furniture (Mr. Sunil) also so many times, he also said mattress should have been delivered by now as it was ordered long time ago. I spoke to you last time before Diwali, when you promised me that the mattress will be delivered within 24 hours, but it's been more than a week now. You guys are trying to delay and run a scam here. first you sell faulty mattress to customer, then you delay any complaints and tell harrass customer to pay more and still not provide proper service. Can you please clarify why you keep telling me lie and where is the mattress? If a correct mattress is not delivered within 24 hours now, I want a full refund and also I will go ahead with a formal complaint. Thanks & Regards, Hemang

        Hi Sukriti,

        This is in continuation to my complaint, request, forced agreement to pay 20% of costs and also repeated phone calls to your office and our last discussion.

        I sent you last e-mail on October 28, 2014, and spoke to you over phone the same day, when you told me that home delivery services were not available before and that's why the mattress was not delivered and that the services were started recently and also promised that my mattress would be delivered within 24 hours, with 100% guarantee, as you had spoken to your delivery people as well.

        Shockingly, but not surprisingly, you promised something that you could not deliver again and all this is bunch of lies.

        Kurl-On should be banned from market for making fun of it's customers and looting / ripping them of their money.

        I do not want your mattress anymore. Please refund 100% of the price of the new mattress to me as soon as possible.

        This is causing me back problems, mental pressure, harassment and waste of time and effort.

        Please reply in writing and confirm / acknowledge issue of payment.

          I had purchased a Kurlon super delux mattress in October 2013. After 2-3 months o[censored]se the mattress got flattened here and there making it uncomfortable to sleep. When I called up the dealer "Calcutta Trading Co "(Asansol) he delayed the complaint for no reason. A representative of Kurlon visited for inspection 4 months after the complaint. After checking the mattress he assured us to get a call from the company within 10 days. But there was no response from the company. When I dint get a response I sent a mail to the company. The company in a reply said that the defect is not a manufacturing defect and thus the mattress cannot be replaced. Then I mailed the company asking that what is a manufacturing defect and how did your representative arrive at such a conclusion that the defect of my mattress is not manufacturing. The company did not replace the mattress even though the mattress in within the warranty period. The justification given by the company was improper. I have further mailed the company but there hasnt been any response from their side.

            I brought 2 mattress on 01 Nov 2013 with 1 year warranty from Jodhpur-Rajasthan. One of the mattress going truckle. I called on your toll free no. on 1st Sep 2014, they told me to resolve this issue in 2 to 4 day's by change my old mattress, but no one come for inspection of my mattress, so many time I called but your customer service executives not taken my issue seriously.               Sir, I had purchased Kurl-on mattress from m/s sapphire furnishings, madurai, tamil nadu.(address sapphire furnishing, 213, East veli street, opp chinthamani theatrse, madurai 1 price Rs.4450/-) mattress get flattened with 7 month here and there and then we made a compliant at the dealer shop to get it changed. As there was no response of the compliant made at the dealer shop, we kept on running it, after one visit we are told company person has to came and inspect of then only they will change the mattress and till date on one has come from company and inspected. kindly help us we have made payment and did not get good material. thanging you v.srinivasan c68, malligai veedukal, priyanka avenue, villapuram, madurai 11, cell no, [protected].

                i have an angelica 10 inch spring mattress of kurlon since Jan 2011. It was purchased at kharagpur, west bengal. However, i am presently at Pathankot, Punjab. My mattress is sagging from two sides. I have made 06 complaints with Kurlon call centre. They have repeatedly told me that some representative would contact me. However, no one has done so. My complaint no is TN64203.

                  On May 5th, 2014 I had registered a complaint that my 3 months old bed is defective as the cushion effect is gone and pit forms permanently wherever on the bed we lie. After 10 days an executive visited my place and said that the bed has to be replaced. After that it's been 3 months and no action has been taken. Whenever I call their customer care, they say that my complaint is under process and it will be escalated to zonal office in tamil nadu. But, still no action. How should I proceed?

                    On 25th May 2014 I paid for 4 mattresses size 72"*36" to Noida Handloom, a dealer of Kurl-on in Noida, with delivery to be made at Patna. (Bill no 540) This transaction was done with the concurrence of Mr Manish Singh, Kurl-on's Area Branch Manager, and his assurance that delivery will be made within a week. Despite repeated reminders from my side and promises of delivery "tomorrow" which has to date not come, Kurl-on has failed to deliver the mattress. I have been given all kinds of excuses including "this size is not commonly sold in Patna" and "conveyance was not available". Kurl-on states on its website that they deliver through their dealer network. My experience with them has been very poor & I would not recommend that anybody trust this company for what it says.

                          The captioned mattress purchased on 26/09/2012 vide cash memo3245 has sagged. Complaint no.TN-48694 was lodged on phone [protected] as per instructions of the dealer. I was informed that some one from the Company shall come to inspect the mattress. Despite reminders, over phone, there is no progress.The last contact was one Sh. Amarjeet Singh about 2-3 months back, I advised him regarding the way to my place, gave him my mob no( [protected]) but nothing happened further.

                                I bought Berlin Cot from a local Kurlon dealer in Bangalore on[protected]. Believe me, a wooden piece fell off on the same day after my aunt sat on it. In a span of 2 months, 4 wooden pieces fell off and cot was not in a condition to be used! Trusting the brand "Kurlon" I bought this cot paying Rs.17000/- and it was in vain just in 2 months. I am still following up with Kurlon for refund or replacement but not successful yet. They respond so late that we loose hope very soon. My sincere advice to all is to go with local carpenters for cots which would definitely last for >10 years.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I am a unfortunate customer who made a serious mistake of life by buying Kurlon product. I have been harassed at the hands of staff of Kurlon company for last two months. I bought a pair of kurlon mattress during May 2013. The model was "Super Deluxe" and was manufactured on 15.03.2013. One of the mattress sagged badly with in one month. I registered a complaint. A service engineer attended after three weeks and he was convinced that it was a manufacturing defect. He issued a letter after three weeks for its replacement from M/s Khanna handlooms, Patiala. For last one month, I am desperately chasing for replacement but the dealer is not replacing because company is not sending the piece. Staff of Kurlon is blackmailing me. He is demanding money for replacement. He and the dealer are pressing me hard to pay some amount so that they will give me a pair of a superior quality by paying the difference. The Dealer threatened that if I do not listen to him then he will give me the piece of different colour. Today I went to the dealer with the defective mattress in a taxi, but returned back empty handed. I am seeking the kind intervention of the management of Kurlon to help me in getting the replacement.                                     2 MATTRESS DIFFER IN SIZE

                                    I had purchased tow kurl-on bonnell spring mattress in Jun 13. Both the mattress differ in size one is higher than other. I lodged a complain around two weeks back with kurl on at there call center no [protected] and was given comnplain no ....TN50160 and told a representative from there side will visit me in next 72 hours. I am unable to use the mattresses due to one being higher than other and on the call center no i was told the mattresses...

                                      Hi,

                                      I had purchased 3 mattress from Kurl-On on 10-Oct-2012 and since the time I bought that, I have been facing a lot of issues with the product.
                                      I had raised a complaint on 7-May-2013 with the customer care and a person had come here for inspection.He committed that the mattress will be replaced in a week and its been almost 2 months now, and still I am behind them asking for the replacement.
                                      The person in charge (Jagdish) is not responding to my calls and the Zonal Office in Bangalore is not giving me a proper update whenever I call them.
                                      They keep on saying in a weeks time it will be delivered and 1st july was the last time I called them . They committed that the order has been dispatched and it will be reaching me within 6th July.
                                      I tried calling them yesterday , but they are not responding to my calls.

                                      As a customer ,I am in serious trouble as lying in this mattress gives a serious back pain and the customer service is also far too below the standards.

                                      Please help me in this issue.
