I have bought one king size Kurl-on cot around two years ago from Fantastic Jeyachandran pallikarani branch chennai. At that time of purchase they said 3 years warranty for that and it'll not brake if someone jumping on the cot.

Just 2 persons are using the cot. Past week one part of the cot braked. I already informed to the shop but they said you should contact the Kurl-on customer care, I tried to reach your customer care number but cannot connect the call. I have attached the bill copy and the picture of cot with this. I also bought the mattress also in kurl-on. If the product is damaged within 3 years how come we prefer to buy kurl-on products further.

So kindly resolve this issue asap.

Simply waste to Raise a complaint here, better never buy a Kurl-On Products further, because no one contact me regarding about the complaint from their customer service. Try to imporve the quality of the Products nd Customer service too, Don't cheat the consumers like this.

    The mattress are depressed on both the side and center is high. It's nt acceptable for a mattress in just 2 years after purchase.

      I have been trying to replace my bed which has sagged within 4month of the bed bought. I have been raising complaint from past 2months but no solution provided and saying that correct measurement not taken. I have been posting vedio of the sagged bed with all measurements and they are even not sending any person to check the fault. Need resolution at the fast.

        I am complaining about the manufacturing defect in my mattress and this is the second time for 2nd mattress in which the same problem is occurred, in my opinion there is mistake in the all lot manufactured on that time, kindly solve the issue and change my mattress ASAP.

                With reference to reference code-AA/78x72x5, I had purchased a coir mattress in the month of Oct-2021.Purchage the same from Balasore, As per your attached sticker warranty is 7 days from the date of purchase. As I think life of the mattress is 5-7 years. Within 5 months I found level of the mattress is up and down, heard and soft. Found body pain every after raise from bad.

                Packing of the mattress, Cloth and sticker every thing is in new condition.

                I had communicated to customer care on dated 14/03/2022. But no reply received.

                  I purchased a FLORENTINO DOUBLE BED MATTRESS for Rs 31699/- from Ladies corner xclusive, Chandigarh on 28 Jan. The same sank more than 1.5 Inch in the centre within 10 days. I complained and they replaced it on 21 Feb vide their invoice number[protected]. But within 15 days this also sank more than 1.5 Inch. It has led to me and my wife having constant backache. It shows the poor quality of the materials and also defective engineering. I have complained again on 14 Mar vide complaint number 10473757. They are insisting on replacement again. I want a refund. How many times we can suffer the inconvenience

                      A hollow/ compressed foam is formed near centre of the mattress which is making it highly uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress is also feeling soggy and losing its firmness.
                      This being an orthopaedic mattress was purchased as I suffer from back problem. However, due to the defective mattress supplied by your store, I am at risk of aggravating my back problem.
                      You are, therefore, requested to immediately replace the mattress on urgent basis.

                            I purchased a mattress from Kurl-on. The mattress has sagging issues and is within warranty. I raised complaint (No. 9428993) on 4th Feb 2022. I have been waiting on their update for almost last one month. When calling customer care they say will reply in 24-48 hours but there is no response thereafter.
                            The current sagging without anyone sitting is 1.7 inch and when someone sits it goes more in.

                            I have a slip disc issue and my back is getting further aggreviated due to this.
