I have bought Kurlon Mattress ( Model : Resta K ) on 7th March 2021.

Within 6 months o[censored]sage mattress is bulging out and became uncomfortable .

I have lodged the complain in Kurlon showroom but no action has been taken for long time .After multiple time follow-up, they raised complaint but no action has been in spite of multiple reminder in whatsapp ( [protected])

Raising this issue again, Pls resolve this issue ASAP .

    I got this kurlon mattress in october last week 2021...and after couple of weeks it had spots on it ...which I din bother about...now after 2 months I just open the bed spread and turn over the mattress...it is filled with fungus growth on it...full black spots on the back of mattress. I don't know what to say.

        We bought kurlon white bed one year back I.e 3rd December, 2020. Within one year stitches are out. The bed surface became uneven and it got extended out of no where. It’s completely giving discomfort

          Complaint to Kurl on in regards to mattress having sagging over 1.5 inches within FREE Replacement Guarantee period of 5 years.

          As per Kurl on I fall under Rebate Structure, but Guarantee terms mentioned in my card mention a FREE Replacement Guarantee period of 5 years, now they want me to take rebate structure of (4-5Year 20% Rebate) and I am eligible only for INR 3, 512, whereas the current MRP is INR 17, 559/-

          They are not replying to any email and when I call them they say we are looking into the matter and someone will call back, nothing happens after that.

          My Prayer is to get a FREE replacement as per the warranty card.

          My complaint Docket Number 3179990 is registered with (Government of India Department of Consumer Affairs Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution)

            Facing Severe back pain with Kurlo bond mattress. I purchased matress just 5 months back and it is already compressed. It is horrible experience when I tried to rest on the mattress. Kindly replace with another one as I'm under warranty.

              Purchased a pair of Kurlon Ortho mattress for Rs. 13500/- from a shop in Aminabad, Lucknow, UP on 25.12.2011.
              However in September, 2020 both mattress sagged, causing severe back pain n cervical pain and forcing us to change bed. Unfortunately, bill n card are not available with us. However, photos of sticker pasted on mattress are being attached. We request you to look in the matter and advise what relief may be given to us

                Kurlon STR8 pure coir mattress

                I purchased Kurl-on STR8 pure coir mattress 5" for 12, 000/- last week from a dealer RK enterprises in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. We used it just for 2 days and it turned out to be the worst mattress. The mattress had pits and the reverse of the mattress had coir which is more sharper than a needle.

                The dealer or the Kurl-on company is fooling customers by selling used or useless mattress. I lost complete trust on Kurl-on and I...

                I have purchased one mattress of kurlon from your kunnamkulam (Kerala)dealer Global. But there is a issue in spring sound from our purchased bed of 3 years old(7 years warranty remain). So I have submitted a complaint but they are asking for MRP Sticker in bed which we lost. We had purchased bill and warranty card. Please help us to solve this issue.

                    Since 1994, I am a dealer of your company and its been 28 years that I have never failed in any of my payments in fact I had made all of your payment of each & every invoice with benefit of 3% cash discount.

                    I am a dealer of your company in (MBO – MULTI BRAND OUTLET) category and i am mainly dealing and as well as promoting your MATTRESS division and FOAM division (P.U. FOAM of GOLDLINE)

                    So after seeing all of this I think I deserve some kind of RESPECT & HELP/SUPPORT from your side to promote your company product and for my dealing as well, So that both of our business can ran smoothly.

                    But from 1st April 2020 to JUNE 2021 there has been a tons of changes in your product and business policies that has made me totally helpless in my dealing and promoting both, changes like packing and finishing look of mattress, change in name, no gift scheme and many other and there was huge disappointment .

                    But now finally the situation has changed and going in favour by providing gift scheme and monthly scheme

                    We really liked your gifts item to dealer and advertisement hang out material for diwali festival

                    Now we are mainly facing the following problems that are creating a barer in our dealing

                    1. Your app is not properly updated I have faced many issue like your app doesn’t open many time and it doesn’t show the tracking position of despatch goods.

                    2. In this MARRIAGE SEASON we are receiving many order of mattress but your ASO SAMBALPUR fails to provide me the material in time for which our order gets cancelled .They are taking around 7-10 days of period to provide me the material, and always have the same reason that we don’t have your order goods in stock.

                    3. Gift items (BEDSHEET & PILLOW) that should be provided to customer at the time of mattress purchase are not been delivered to in time and again we are failing to provide them the gift items and for this they(ASO SAMBALPUR) are saying that our system is not showing any gift items for your billing. Either your system is not properly updated or your employee is not capable to work in the system. In both the cases I am the one who has to suffer.

                    4. While transportation few your mattress flim/ploythene covering gets damaged and we are left with just naked mattress, after so many request we had not received a single covering flim till now. Result of this is that now we don’t accept your torn polythene mattress we return it back and they again fail to provide me the mattress in time. And payments also gets blocked with you.

                    5. At least your mattress division employee stays in touch with us they take our calls inform about the changes in company policies by phone or whatsapp or by directly visiting in counter

                    BUT your FOAM DIVISION employee(BHISMA) is taking his name too seriously. He is least interested in interacting with us he says we have our distributer we don’t want share any information of foam with you. If this is the reply to a dealer by your company employee then I don’t think we going to carry on our business with you in future.

                    Your early action may help-us to promote your both the product mattress & foam in this marriage season

                                Here is a journey resume of our very and dissatisfied experience with your company:
                                1. We purchase Online in August 28th
                                2. Kurlon announced the shipment on September 7th
                                3. Mattress arrived wrongly dispatched. We raised a complaint on September 11th
                                4. Kurlon asked for photos as a probe that we are correctly complaining about on September 13th.
                                5. We sent photos, videos and Invoice scans on September 13th, September 20th, October 11th.
                                6. Kurlon acknowledged that received the documents and promised to send a new mattress on October 14th.

                                TODAY IS NOVEMBER 13TH AND TILL NOW WE DON'T HAVE THE MATTRESS, THAT WAS WRONGLY DISPATCHED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES.

                                Till when we will need to wait to have the mattress that we have already fully paid for, and the empty bed is waiting for it?

                                  It would be a great help if you can revert on below status as there is no help from the customer service which is in Hyderabad.
                                  The worst ever customer service as there is no revert from anyone including the email department.If we request that we need to speak to team leader or customer service they have no answer and they say to sent an email.kindly calculate within 15 days and advise us when we would receive the mattress.Also kindly call us on [protected]

                                  if we call the contact centre in Hyderabad they also say the same thing its under process.

                                  Can i have a particular date when the mattress will arrive.

                                  We are not getting any help from kurl on all they say its under process.

                                  If we call the contact centre in Hyderabad they do not transfer call to team leader or supervisor.They say they don't have access.

                                  Very bad experience and service from kurl on.

                                  This is going on from October month.

                                  As per mail within 15 days the mattress should arrive and its been more than 15 days.

                                    I placed an order for a mattress on 10-Oct-2021. The mattress is still not delivered to me.

                                    I got an email with the courier tracking number and I see that the consignment is in my city since 16-Oct-21. But still, the order is not delivered to me to date on[protected]. Their customer care is pathetic and I never get a response to my email. The customer care people only give false promises to wait for 2 days but there is no response nor order delivery.
