Matress sag from centre

Fombed mattress purchased on 11/06/2020 but after 6 months one mattress size compressed and it got so soft and no one can sleep on it and also may give back injury if frequently used.

Regarding this seller was contacted so many time but had not given any help and simply said that he will do nothing. Now selling dealer advised us to lodge on line complaint.

Sir at the time of buying customer trust company due to his brand name but regret to say that your company has committed 7 year warranty and product fails in 7 months.

I think you should talk to R & D team and also please support customer with sound dealer network not like above mentioned sellers

Dear Sir/Madam. I had made complain through complain ID No. 2838854 on dated 22/03/2021 for replacing of defective pure coir mattress and after lodging complain your had mailed me to take action in several days . 11 days have already been gone but no action has been taken in this subject. Pl. take necessary steps to change the defective mattress.

I have purchased 6inches mattress last year from maa international Moti Nagar. We clearly some to the dealer me n my husband have disc and survical issue we need mattress accordingly. From 6 months I am complaining him but he is not even listening. I asked to him to send some one from company because 1 mattress was buried in middle side. I request u too please look into this matter. And resolve my complaint asap.

It's very hard to sleep or sit over the mattress because when I am going to sit or sleep over the mattress the mattress is going down and creating a void there.

Previously I have made complain about this problem but till now no acknowledgement from your end.

Please look into the matter and do the needful

We have severe problem with the matress and when we sleep in the bed it is drowning for about 4 inches and we are having severe backpain when we sleep. Even the bed is getting uneven when we sleep.

I have purchased matress on Dtd 05.11.2020 from ashish furniture gurgaon Haryana.. Surprised that in only 5 months matress sat from one side.. Try to call costomer care no so many times by they didn't pickup the phone.. Really pathetic services.. Kindly help

I have purchased a matress from ashish furniture gurgaon on 05.11.2020 product name is dream star and size is 6 by 3. In 5 month only one corner side of matress is sat down.. I was calling to customer care no almost through out the day but no response and also sent mail on their email ID but all in vain.. Please help..

I made this complaint (Complain number: 1823628) more than 8 months back now but still I have not got any action/response from KurlOn team. What a surprising situation especially from a brand like you/kurlon? This is very unlike you. I hope you are able to act on this or else request you to connect me with your senior management.
Sometime back I got a SMS that there is no progress on this complaint because of the missing documents. I had shared those already long back on the provided whats app number ([protected]). I also sent that as attachment in the mail as well n 23.01.2021 still no action.

I have purchased duplex model set with warranty sir no. M1103HA00133 from dealer I jalandhar. There is a big dent in the middle of the mattresses where our hip position so kindly you are giving 5 years warranty on that mattresses so kindly change and replace new one piece of the mattresses immediately cause I'm suffering physically back problems to avoid further damage to my health and my back by replacing in on urgent basis my phone no. The matter is that I have purchased two pure coir mattress on 21/10/2020 from M/s Rajdhani Coir at Bhubaneswar(odisha) but after buying these I saw that the width of the two mattress are different to each other and regarding replacement of defective mattress I had made two Nos. complaints vide No. 2190869 & 2190870 on 28/11/2020 and after getting instruction from your customer manager I whatsapped the images of two mattress on 02/01/2021. But till date no response or action has been taken at your end. Pl. do something for replacing the defective one with new one.

Not able to complete on-line registration of warranty because product variety isn't available. Please see the uploaded photo and bill.

Today I purchased kurlon convenio mattress. In the mattress the price sticker is mentioned as 15742. But the dealer put bill as 18000. Why your dealer is cheating customer like this?
And the mattress is full of yellow strain. I asked regarding this to the dealer they says it’s model. I need to know about yellow straining my mattress. Am using kurlon product for many years and my brother recently bought kurlon spine therapy mattress. In this case this type of issues looks horrible. So please do the needful to me. And here I attach the yellow strain with this mail. I request again and do the needful for me

We have purchased a kurlon mattress hsn 9404 on[protected].
The mattress has pressed from all the places. I tried customer care number many times but your services are pathetic. No reply from your customer care side. I request you to please take the matter seriously as these are under Guarantee. We are facing problem in sleeping.

the condition of the mattresses is going worse day by day.. its hard its sagging, the shape of the mattresses had changed because of sagging, getting back pain after sleeping on KURL ON damaged mattresses, i was on regular follow-up there is no proper response from any of them. Tried calling the customer care number not able to connect, they are disconnecting the calls. long wait time to connect the customer care, even after long wait call is getting disconnected. just got a simple mail the complaint is still under review which is been so long time. Request the concerned team to kindly look into this and do the needful.

I bought a kurlon populer matrses of 5×6.5 from navkar furniture buldana . On dated. 15 aug. 2020. This matrses had a problem of damage ( dab. Gayi ) hai ...

After using for some time the Mattress is started getting flat. Its shape is changing and it is causing backpain. It is not comfortable anymore. It is still in warranty
