Dear sir, I am student of b. Tech computer science[protected] batch) in swami devi dyal college bagwali panchkula haryana. I have reappear in digitalcomputer subject. May 2019 is my last chance for exam but college staff reqyuired 22500 fees for re-appear form, but accutal fees is rs 3200. Sir, this is not fair college staff and university staff is not responded.
