Hello sir I have applied for provisional certificate through online mode the payment is success from my side but they are not updated and still showing me bank pending and make payment again.i have complaint on their email but I didn't get any response from them what can I do and even showing me application status failed. With due respect I hereby informed you that I have applied for provisional certificate of Bachelor of Education on dated 20/02/2023 application number[protected], ref I'd 10143018
Sir,
I have paid provisional certificate fees amount 815/- (including bank charges) on dated 22/02/2023, bank ref. number [protected]IGAPEJUVB0, transaction ID [protected], but till today showing my application status is failed 008, fees status showing as Bank panding
Kindly check my application and do the needful at the earliest..
