Kurukshetra University — Repeating of bad result of chemistry and physics

Sir,
I am a student of msc forensic science 5year intigrated course dyal singh college (Karnal). Sir my result is getting repeated again and again whether i am regular student and all exams i have given my best and i also re-evaluation all time but they give same mark sheet again and they do not work on it and that is too late approx 2years and after that behavior i was done rti for checking my answers sheet they do not checked properly and directly crossed. Sir please help me to solve this problem.
