I manas midya, vill+ po - jayrambatyi, dist - bankura, pin - 722161. I have a kutchina stanza ss kitchen chimney (Machine sl no[protected]. Batch no. 16156. Mfg dt. 05/05/2016). From a retell shop “betar ghar”, address: parul, arambagh, hooghly. Campany term & condition is 3 free service under 1 year.
I call book 1st time servicing may be 1.2.17, but any 1 service man do not attend me. So i reminder 2nd time dt 01.03.17. But repeatedly no body come for attend me. I 3rd time reminder for 1st servicing dated 22.04.17. Ultimate service man sayantan bose comes for 1st servicing. Now i want 2nd servicing. I call book 1st time for 2nd servicing dated 01.08.2017. But no body come for attend me. Give a 1st reminder on 04.11.17, and 2nd reminder 31.12.17. But no body comes for attend me till date. Betar ghar do not give me any docket number any time. Very sad to say that today (01.12.17) i received a call from kutchina service canter (Mob no: [protected]) and told me “you already over free servicing time. Now you gate pade service.” i do not take paid service.
My only one question for you – why do not get me free servicing time to time? Only one free servise from a year. Is it possible??
Almost a worthless service system is kutchina. I try to go consumer foram against kutchina (Bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd). Was this information helpful? |
