I purchased a chimney from kutchina direct outlet having model no. C[protected] from s &p kitchen & home appliances pvt ltd, 7/a/2 indiragandhi road, konnagore pin :712 235. At the time of installation i have not been given company supplied pvc outlet pipe.in spite of repeated request in mobile no.[protected] of sri amiyo nag, no action have been taken.in last week i have complaint to kutchina complain in this sight but no action have yet been taken. If it is not redressed this time i will go to consumer forum.

    Bill signatory : amiya nag.

    At the time of supply of chimney no outlet pipe (Pvc pipe) given by company is given to me. After repeated request in the phone no. [protected] no action have been taken. This phone no. Is repeatedly contacted to me at the time of purchasing of chimney.

      Dear sir/madam

      With due respect i would like to say that i am a consumer of kutchina kitchen ltd. This consumer name was mr. Biswajit roy and machine code no is[protected] and amc no is 053441. The docket no is [protected]

      Technician of kutchina company who's name was bishnu das, when the last service was done in my house on 17/10/2017, then i make an annual maintenance contract for three years and which price money more about 7, 139 rupees. I pay these rupees (7, 139/-) through bank cheque. This cheque no is 053441 and the bank name is sbi bank.

      A few days ago my home machine have being problems. That's why last week's 9th december, i call the customer service toll free number. This no is[protected]. The customer service center have been said that technicians will be able to visit my home within three days but from 9th to 15th any technician will not be able to visit to my home.

      Yesterday i called the barrackpur service center in charge mr. Aritha, who's no is [protected]. I ask him mr. Aritha sir that why technicians can not go to my home. He replied me that technicians are very in three days. That's they can't go to your home. I told him that i do not believe in any of the employees of the company. If technician will come to my, at first the company has to show evidence and the company has to give written application. He told me that this is not possible.

      That's why i decided that i salender these my amc and company will be return the money of 7, 139/- to me.

      Buying the kutchina machine and amc, company will not be responceble for my
      Today i can't get any feedback or resolution from the bajoria appliance pvt ltd.

      I am definite sure that kutchina company/ bajoria appliance pvt. Ltd is a very very fraud and cheat.

      Today either you can return my money of 7, 139/- rs or i send my complaint to the consumer forum or police station for fraud case.

        Last year, i have installed modular kitchen from kuchina with near to 2 lakhs cost and at the time of booking, the amc for coming 5yrs are free.

        I called their toll free no and logged a ticket for some issue but 20days passed, no one called me or not attended. Even i called twice their toll free no to know the current status but the way of response was too bad.

        Also called their corporate office and updated them about the issue and logged ticket and requested them to look into it.

        But after some days, when i call again they told to contact toll free no.

        I am really disappointed that why i choose kuchina for modular kitchen.

        I am looking fast resolution/ack as per my logged ticket.

        The service provider in Bhubaneswar is telling that the spare parts(burners) are not available .Ihave to purchase a new one.They are telling that the model is out dated .I have to purchase a new model.

          Kutchina left burner got damaged after 2yrs o[censored]se. For repair we need to pay rs1500. We have heard about kutchina burner getting damaged from many of our friends and relatives, for some within 2 months, some 1 year. Buying a product of rs16000, if it gets damaged so soon, then its a total waste of money and time. And if this has been faced by so many people then kutchina should change the burner material used. No one wants to pay more to repair a product periodically after initially investing so much.

            I have purchased one chimney model no. Arc and machine serial no.
            [protected] from your concern on 24/06/2014. The periodic service of the machine is done by lokenath kitchen solution, kolkata-32. The very recent the service from the concern is not satisfactory. Please give attention to the matter as an urgent basis. The service man done his service as usual but the machine after switch on running with tremble.

            I have purchased one kutchina TITAN chimney of Rs.31, 290/- on 30.03.2017.

                I had bought a kutchina chimney on 24.09.2014 which included 3 free services.in 2015 i paid rs.1, 000/= for 3 services which was somehow completed. Before completion of the[protected] contract i was asked to pay for the[protected] contract which i did on 28.02.2016. Since feb 2016 no service was done. I called the service company, s. M. U. Enterprise several times but they did not send any service man to date. Please do not buy kutchina chimney or else you will also be duped by them. The girls at their office are rude and inefficient.

                    On 7th october, 2017 my smartec chimney led bulbs were replaced by mr. Hitesh thakuria against a cost of rs. 854/- within two days again few led bulbs went off. At present within one month of replacement most of the lights has gone fused. I contacted your toll free number but no proper response was received. Call center executive was insisting on revisit by company representative and and again replace the bulbs on chargeable basis. I asked for new bulbs initially and your company man replaced my faulty bulbs with new one, they how come within one month this much expensive bulbs can get fused. I need replacement of my led bulbs on free of cost. Please make the replacement.

It is really ridiculous after following so many times your people say that they would be installing it but it has taken more than a month. Therefore i would file a complaint against your company.                         I use kutchina chimney vogue model. Since the warranty period is over, i avail paid services at present. I had booked my service request days in advance on my convenient date, since i am a working woman with an ailing mother at home. Today, 31.10.17, was the scheduled service date. The respective staff assigned to this duty contacted me today morning and confirmed his visit. I returned home early to attend to the call, only to find my octogenarian mother down with high fever. I inhumanly delayed taking her to a doctor only because i wanted to keep to my word. Later i called up at the office to ask when the staff would arrive. I was assured he would call me up. But he did'nt. I called up at the office again. After this, i learnt that the visit had been cancelled without any intimation to me. I am shocked at this poor and disgraceful gesture on part of your office. Surely, such unprofessional approach of these staffs is bound to malign the reputation of a company of this stature. I would sincerely look forward to your recompense for the harrassment and suffering i went through.

                        Kutchina doesn't provide good customer service. So don't buy kutchina product. I have also have faced service problem. My installation was not done properly

                          I installed a kutchina chimney (Vetra) on 05-10-17 and full payment was made. The machine no. Is[protected] registered under mrs. Gitishri borah, jayanagar, tripura road, syndicate arcadia, flat no. 5a. However from the date of installation itself the motor is making some noise. I promptly called the sales person manoj baishya (No. [protected]) and he gave me some false promises that he will look into the matter and will solve the problem. However from the date of complaint he stopped taking my calls and never answer my calls. After that i made a call in the service center and my complaint was registered and a technician came to inspect. However after learning that the installation was done less than a month ago he said that kutchina’s policy is that if the machine is less than a month than they are not authorized to open it. He advised me to call up the branch manager of rukminigaon branch mr. Nasir khan (No. [protected]). I called him up and he further gave me a different no. To call ([protected]). After making all these calls my problem is still remaining unresolved and mr. Nasir khan has stopped taking my calls. I have called him more than 10 (Ten) times today but he simply refused to take my calls. Please advise me my next course of action and also intimate me if your policy is not to take up calls of customers once the payment is done.

                            Instal the decorative chimney top and chimeny mounting bracket. When asked i will not fix it. Do what ever you want.

                              I had a five year contract for Kutchina Kitchen Solution ( model Vogue M.S.) since 15.12.2016 with Lokenath Kitchen Solution, 3/81 Raja S.C.Mallick Road, Kolkata -32, Ph.[protected].
                              The above mentioned authorised dealer has to provide service every three months. The last service was done on 02.06.2017.
                              I have contacted the service vendor on several times over telephone. On October 20, 2017, the service centre gave me a docket number[protected] against my request for providing with a promise of doing on 25.10.2017.
                              But I have not yet get the service which is overdue.
                              I am a 71+ woman and feeling helpless.
                              I am to request this this forum for helping me to solve the problem.

                                I have been complaining for the last 3 months regarding the degrading status of my kitchen. The cupboard and ply have come off. But my complain seems to fall in deaf ears in the local asansol office. There have been repetative assurance on the local office that people will come from kolkata and see to my problem. There is severe difficiency in service on the part of the following :

                                  I am a resident of 434j gopal mishra road behala kol-34 and purchased a kutchina chimney ss vague machine code no.[protected]. The machine became faulty after two free services undertaken by yr technician. The main motor was found defective and removed by yr technician during his 3rd service. The machine was purchased on 3.9.2016 and the same became faulty in july 2017 which was attended by yr technician in august. He took the motor with ampromise to replace it within 15 days. I a m forced to inform you tha5 the motor has not been replaced yet causing severe hardship to my family. We always prefer kutchina product but the way the company is dealing with the matter, i am very upset. You r requested to expedite the matter.                                     Paid rs.31290/-for titan chimney in cheque on 07.03.2017. Installed on 17.03.2017
                                    Poor suction, despite repeated requests for periodical free service (Over telephone as well as personally reporting to rehabari sales center) still nobody comes/responds.
                                    I got job of installation including fitting of hose pipe & hooking done by my carpenter at my own cost. No expert from sales center came to verify as to whether it was proper or not.
                                    Sales representative and sales center in-charge had assured 6% cash discount. But, they paid me back neither the cash discount nor even the booking money rs.500/- which i paid in advance.

                                      I had a 5 - year service contract for kutchina kitchen chimney with their sales franchise lokenath appliances of bagha jatin, kolkata - 92 effective since 8.6.2014. The contract is valid till 7.6.2019. I am to get service every 3 months. The last service was done on 26.4.2017 i. E., 5 and a 1/2 months ago. Meanwhile, burnt oil is dropping on cooking pots spoiling the food. I contacted the service vendor several times over the last 2 months. Everytime they promise to send the service man but everytime they failed. This happened at least 4 times. To make matter worse, their phone is not working for the last few days. Feeling helpless i bring the matter to this forum hoping solution to the problem.

                                      On the 3rd day following the date of the complaint the service has been finally rendered. Many thanks to Indian Consumers Complaint Forum (my rating for the Forum: 5*).
                                      I bought a kutchina kitchen chimney (flora) from Khosla Electronics, 131/28 NSC Bose Road, Kol: 40 on 25.12.15. Model no. is [protected], invoice no. is 2422/1516/08174.

                                      I was given the phone no. [protected] so that i could avail of 4 free services. However, after repeated calls nobody came to give the free service. After many calls I received free service on 8th August 2016. I have several appliances at home. Each of them came by for AMC this year, except Kutchina. Since I am the customer it is also my responsibility to arrange AMC for my machine. I called up [protected] & asked if they could arrange for AMC preceded by service.

                                      My docket no. is 19160. Again, after much cajoling, someone from S D Services came by for AMC on 28/08/17. Before signing the AMC, I requested for service of the machine. Some one by the name of M Mondal from S D Services came by & asked if i had kerosene at home for the cleaning & service. Kerosene has been out of the market for the last 6 to 8 months. I told him that getting kerosene was impossible & asked if there is an alternative. His answer was that there is no alternative. He said he would come back on Monday 4th of September. I gave him a cheque for Rs 1700.00 for the AMC & told him to bank it only after they gave service. A whole 2 months have elapsed but no one came by to give service.

                                      I had called Mr Santanu Das, Manager of SD Services, phone no. [protected], when i gave the cheque to Mr Mondal, & explained to him that he should call me before banking the AMC cheque. No calls from them but i was informed by my bank that my cheque had bounced. Since the service was not given by them, my cheque should not have been banked, as per my discussion with Mr Santanu Das. Incidentally, they did not think it is important to get back to me about the dishonored cheque.

                                      Meanwhile, burnt oil is dropping on cooking vessels spoiling the food. I have contacted the service vendor several times over the last 2 months. Every time they promised to send the service man but failed. This has happened several times. Feeling helpless i bring the matter to this forum hoping for a solution to the problem.

                                      A week after i had put a complaint on this website, someone called up from Kutchina regarding service of the chimney. The gentleman who came along to render the long pending service was from S D Services. He did a good job & even replaced two t-pipes that were causing the oil leakage.

                                      To be honest, I never quite expected to receive the good service i got this time. Kudos to the forum who made it happen. Please accept my gratitude for your intervention! The rating of 4 stars is for you!

                                        I purchased and installed kuchina chimney model arc from bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd., madhyamgram - 700129 to our residential kitchen dated 30/10/2016, since then the function of the kuchina is not satisfactory with regard to its installation and suctioning capacity. Two free servicing have been done but i am not satisfied with the performance of the machine which gives at present loud sound when it runs. I lodged a complaint through call center vide complaint no.[protected] dated 18/09/2017 which not yet attended till date to resolve the problem. I think that the machine supplied to my residence may not be genuine one. So, i request you to investigate matter with your expertise team to satisfy me who is a bonafide

                                        not being used by us due to huge noise of motor of the machine.
