I bought a chimney of your esteemed model kutchina vogue ss nearly about 4 months ago. My customer id is 10213529. I have not received any free service still now as proposed though i applied for a service request through the no. Provided last week. They promised for service within 72 hours but no service still now.
Please look into the matter and i hope you will do your best for the sake of customer satisfaction....

I had bought a kutchina chimney on 24.09.2014 which included 3 free services.in 2015 i paid rs.1, 000/= for 3 services which was somehow completed. Before completion of the[protected] contract i was asked to pay for the[protected] contract which i did on 28.02.2016. Since feb 2016 no service was done. I called the service company, s. M. U. I have purchased one chimney model arc on 24/06/2014 and the periodical service of the machine is done by m/s. Lokenath kitchen solution. But i am unfortunate to get proper and sincere service from the service centre. Please look into the matter sincerely to get proper service in future.

On 7th october, 2017 my smartec chimney led bulbs were replaced by mr. Hitesh thakuria against a cost of rs. 854/- within two days again few led bulbs went off. At present within one month of replacement most of the lights has gone fused. I contacted your toll free number but no proper response was received. Dear sir madam recently i purchased a kitchen chimney of your esteemed brand kutchina. But no action has been taken to install the exhaust pipe. It is really ridiculous after following so many times your people say that they would be installing it but it has taken more than a month. Therefore i would file a complaint against your company. I had booked my service request days in advance on my convenient date, since i am a working woman with an ailing mother at home. Today, 31.10.17, was the scheduled service date. I had a 5 - year service contract for kutchina kitchen chimney with their sales franchise lokenath appliances of bagha jatin, kolkata - 92 effective since 8.6.2014. The contract is valid till 7.6.2019. I am to get service every 3 months. The last service was done on 26.4.2017 i. E., 5 and a 1/2 months ago. We have been continuously calling customer care for annual maintenance of our chimney from last 11 days but there is no response from your side. They are delaying it unnecessarily with no appropriate reason. Please look into the matter and check where the delay is and take corrective actions. If no action is taken then we have to go to consumer forum....

I have booked amc service with kutchina for a period of 2 years and these guys have never turned up. I have called the customer care for 4 times and have been following up with them for service but they too have been quite not helpful. Now these guys have already robbed me off my amc money i. E. 3k. A service request has been made thru' customer care (Docket no.[protected] dated[protected] thru' customer care executive ms. Swati) again a reminder call was made on[protected] to ms. Chitra. During both the telecons both the executives assured a response from technician within 72 hours.
Most regretfully place on record that i have not received any call till date from mumbai service center (Apparently defunct) and this 8th september...
