Sir, The followings are the fact information for your kind consideration and a prompt action against the company who is deceiving me since along time. 1. That I purchase a CHIMNY(TITAN) “Kutchina Kitchen Appliances” Model-“TITAN on 08/12/2014 costing Rs.28990/-. throgh Mr.SUSANTA PRAMANIK Ph. [protected] invoice no.293 of LIFE TIME AG 104, SALT LAKE SEC-II But servicing the same I contact with them several times and did not get any response from their side for any free servicing & Complete Installation of Chimney.     My chimney gas delivery pipe had been damaged since 20 days. I requested several times to our local dealer from which I purchased, but unfortunately yet not replaced. plz do something.where is ur service. He just sold the chimney, when problem occurred - he is now silent

      Sir, The followings are the fact information for your kind consideration and a prompt action against the company who is deceiving me since along time. 1. That I purchase a water purifier “Kutchina Kitchen Appliances” Model-“Prime” on 02.07.2005.costing Rs.7490/-.But servicing the same I contact with them several times and did not get any response from their side. Again, I appointed an Annual Maintenance contact with Ankita Appliances 29/1, Nazrul Path, Kolkata - 700051, Near Big Bajar (they are services kuthina products) on 24.02.2014. for one year (4times service) for Rs.900/- .But they provided service on the stated day and then after on 24.05.2014.After these two services they are not responding me while I am contacting with them several times. 2. After one year Mr. Narayan Barman one of the sales executive of the “Kutchina Kitchen Appliances” demonstrated me regarding the“Chimney” Model-“Vouge”. As I showed him the cash memo of water purifier, he told me that I have paid Rs 500/- more than the actual price.He also stated that if I purchase the chimney within 5/07/2006, the excess amount would be return by cash and company gave a attractive gift with free chimney installation charges .I agreed and purchased the same costing Rs 10, 990/- .But the reverse happened and I would have to pay the installation charges, and I have not get any gift from the company because I was at a loss what to do. Whenever any problem arise I contact with them over telephone several times but get response their side for servicing which was to be paid by me . 3. After sometimes when I contact for servicing my chimney with them and they advised for AMC for 3 years amounting Rs.-3100/- (Three free services per year) . Then I did agree the same with one of their authorized person Mr.Samir Naskar on[protected] to[protected]. The company provided me services two times only i.e. on[protected] & [protected]. But after this two services they are neither responding over telephone nor contacting me, while I am contacting with various recognized persons of the company namely Mousumi, Joydip Das, Ananya Sen, UjjalGupta, and others, they assured several times to solve my problem but no result . Now the machine is not working properly and I have been suffering a lot which is beyond imagination .       I have complaint three time for servicing my kutchina Chemney at Guwahati Office but no body turn up for servicing .I am feeling vey bad as becouse the smoke of kitchen spread to my all rooms and it is health hazard.,

        Dear Sir/Madam, After many visit, demos and assurance given regarding Best Product and sales after service by Mr. Kuntal Das (Ph No-[protected]) Sales representative of BAJORIA APPLICANCES PVT LTD. Authorised Distributor of KUTCHINA’S Products and his after his strong assured given to us, we decide to at buy KUTCHINA’S AUTO CELAN CHIMNY on 17th April, 2015. On 17.04.2015 we purchase KUTCHINA AUTO CLEAN CHIMNY from BAJORIA APPLICANCES PVT LTD and payment made through A/c Payee Cheque but till today we not received any invoices but we have received a SMS bearing ID No. 10904318 for any service, complians & query on dt. 29.04.2015 at 2:24 PM. The said product was installed on my house (At.Vill-Jetia Natun Para, P.O-Jetia, Dist-24 Parganas (North), Pin-743135) on 17.04.2015 and from very next day on 18.04.2015 the product start problem of suction of air and oil storage. After that i have called to Mr. Kuntal Das, Sales Represntative, he sends their mechanic 20.04.15 but the mechanic can not solve the problem and he sends again their mechanic on 27.04.15 but again the problem was not detected and mechanic says there is an internal problem with the product and contact the company. Further, I have tried to connect and call to Mr. Kuntal Das over more than 100 time till 07.05.15 but he did not even receive my phone. Henceforth, after very disappointment and unhapplie i have complain to customer care of KUTCHINA on 07.05.15 and received with the Complained No –[protected] but till now again i received to resolution. At presents days the product i had purchased is unusable an lying with my house as waste because it is not working. Please suggest me that what you will do if same thing happened with you. Since, i have not received any resolution till now due to that i am moving towards compliant in Consumer Court and also i am going to fill FIR with police for cheating, fraud and mental harassment.           I bought Kutchina Flora SS model(from Mumbai) anticipating we will get lifetime service as per they promised but forget about the service which is as worst as the product.The product performance was so inefficient that within 2months it did not work well at all. Its products are HIGHLY PATHETIC!!.. When the product stopped working completely, we called for their service which was RIDICULOUS!, they dint show up saying they require time to send us with a good working motor and since then we waited for a month but they kept on hanging us with their nonsense f excuses. I called up at their customer care where they dont even know how to talk to their customers and then after a week hanging, i called up at their main branch at kolkatta and spoke to Mr. Proshonjit who doesn't know how to handle their customers at all. He did not entertain our queries and slammed the phone twice which is really really insulting. My mom is an Asthma patient and since this product is not working well and their service is again ridiculous!.. she is facing alot of problems due to it and they really dont care about your problems and doesnt respond to your any phone calls. This is a fraud co. and plz NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS CO. IT IS SO INCONVIENENT, INEFFICIENT AND SHEER NONSENSE, UNTRUST-WORTHY CO. PLZ SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE OF YOUR DEAR ONES, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CO. AT ALL.

            I bought a kutchina electric chimney one year back. The model is SMARTEC/SMARTEC SS. It was installed by BAJORIA APPLIANCES PVT. LTD. Recently I have had to repair it again continuously for the fourth time. I am not happy with quality of service that is being offered and with the quality of the products offered by kutchina.               Sub: Complaint related to Kutchina Modular Kitchen Order No 118 I have ordered on 14/9/2014, Kutchina Topaz HB 3BLDLX and modular kitchen (Order No 118) from Esser Marketing franchise(1191, Jessor Road, Kol-28). Payment of approx Rs 1, 45, 0000 was done as per the Kutchina Company rules. From the beginning of delivery of the product followed by installation I have been harassed by Esser Marketing in several ways. Many times Essser Marketing failed to comply with their tentative time of my Modular kitchen completion. I am never out of problem with this Franchise. After completion of installation in the month of December I faced burner problem and also fitting problem(still persists). After giving repeated call to Esser Marketing, though the burner problem is resolved the modular kitchen fitting problem is yet to be solved. Repeated intimation for last three months of the fitting problem over telephone did not helped much. The Esser Marketing Head Mr Sabyasachi Sinha Roy and its Marketing Executive Mr Sanjoy never bothered to solve my problem. I have been kept waiting in my home throughout the day several times by this Franchise in the name of sending his personal for solving my problem. Henceforth I am forced to launch a complain. I am shocked and surprised to find that this sort of Franchise is maligning the Kutchina Company reputation and making the after sales service so chip! In near future I have to think twice before referring Kutchina brand and this Esser Marketing Franchise. Please do the need full and take necessary action to solve the crisis at the earliest.

                i like to inform that two of the servicing boys named sumanta barik and soumen nayak had broken my chimney housing.Firstly before Sumanta Barik came and turn on the machine it was sounding normal as others chimney machines.He opened the machine and started to do their job.I didnt know that he will break my machine housing and tl us that it was broken before.He went then another servicing boy came named Soumen Nayak.He came and pasted a tape over the broken part and told that it will be ok now.After sometime i switched on my machine it sounded so badly that it seems that something has been broken or something is hanging and touching the frame.i want to know that when i will get my machine totally ok or else i will have to take necessary action regarding this.

                      This is with regard to Annual maintenance contract of 3 years in the name of consumer Shefali Saha. Docket number was provided on Saturday as[protected]. Post that there was no show by service representatives. Calling on helpline numbers has been of no avail since it has fallen in deaf ears. Service quality is disastrous and why the consumer is being harassed without any reason is the question here.

                            Problem in Kutchina Hobbs (with hot plate)

                            The related hobbs is creating problem to us since its installation. Complained several times. Service people came but with no improvement. Moreover the hot plate in-built in the hobbs became out of order just after one year of installation. We had to repair it from Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Complaint to your dealer and got there is no response form your dealer side neither form the service centre. Already lodged a complain over customer care and my ID is 11800317 with telephone no [protected]. Purchased it on 13th of july and installed it on 7th august and on 8th august , complaint placed to dealer end and when he didn't replied me back with a satisfactory answer, I lodged a complain over Customer care and they gave me a ID which I mentioned earlier and they said that engineer visit will be on Monday and after that no reply form your service centre as well.

                              I made an AMC with Kutchina for 3years on 25th August,2012 with ten free service agreement, but they do not provide any service mentioned in terms & conditions even in one year they provide only one service after 8months intimating them by phone...where as according to agreement I already get three free service...Now,kindly help me for getting some solution

                              I am having a 3 years contract with AMC KUTCHINA from 21 / 04 / 2013 to 21 / o4 / 2016, as such as my Chimney made by Bajoria Appliances Pvt Ltd. is not working as it should be. I having been calling your customer care no, 2666047 several times its always busy 24 x 7 and if at all it rings no one answers. I am sending you this mail sir expecting a good result or I will have to approach the consumers court to help out. I hope that you shall do the needful at your earliest.                               After a very bad service from kutchina I am sending you this e-mail to take next action.

                              For AMC service I called your customer care first 11/4/2016( docket no is[protected], then for same reason I called on 2/5/2016(customer service agent was Arpita das) and get a wrong commitment from customer service that within 2 days I would get a call from service team. After 48 hours I called again (customer service agent was swata das) get another wrong commitment that within 30 min I would get a call from service team.

                              I am totally confused what is happening. I already paid for AMC. However, again and again I am calling and result is zero. After pre paid for service why I would call gain and again.
