after purchase of chimney they were supposed to give a demo for which we called them 10-15 times a day for 1 month but they didn't came

I am using a kitchen chimney made of Kutchina (model- Vogue autoclean) since June 2009. Kutchina promote door to door sell and all of representative visit peoples house for selling your product. Its kutchina's responsibility to teach them how to behave with customer. Please take care of this as a serious feedback otherwise people will not allow any of kutchina representative to their house.

Last two weeks your representative called me and when they couldn't finalise their deal, they start missbehaving....
