I have purchased Kutchina's Stanza model on 10/02/2011 and since the day of purchase I have been sorry about my decision. The sales man told me that it was a 3rd generation technology and that it cleans oil automatically. But since the very first day the chimney has been making awkward sounds, on complaining the service man came and tried to convince us that it is normal for a chimney to make such noise, but the condition kept getting worse. Since last month oil is dripping on the gas oven and sometimes in our food. We have finally thrown it away and bought Shakers chimney after seeing their ad in newspapers. Now finally we have peace of mind.

Please do not buy Kutchina chimeny, they have very poor quality and worst after sales service. The office people speak to customers in very rough manner. i think the government should take steps against such dubious companies.

I purchased "Kutchina Vogue" on 29.01.2011from Lokenath Appliances, Baghajatin, Kolkata- 700092. Oil is dripping on from the small oil cups on the gas oven and sometimes on the food itself. Most of the time during working hours the phone of the service centre is deliberately kept switched off. However if luck favours and one gets them over phone they after much enquiry give a complaint no. and the matter ends there. Not only the product their Post sale service is also very very poor. I w'not recommend any body to buy Kutchina Chimney.

    I bought the following items for my new flat from M/S Lifeline Appliances, 140/4 James Long Sarani, Kolkata 700008
    1) Kutchina Hob 3B-DL
    2) Kutchina Chimney Vogue(s/s)

    I have service contract made with the dealer which is valid for the Hob till 25/11/2010 and for the chimney till20/06/2011.

    On October 21,2010 I found that the Hob was not working properly and I called up the dealer for service against the service contract. I was really surprised and shocked when the dealer told me that they had no technician for Hob and will have to look for someone before they can look into my problem. Till date that is October 28, 2010 no service has been provided and I am having great difficulty as cooking has become almost impossible with two larger burners not working! The Hob ,in greneral is of poor quality!

    I wonder why the dealer should take Annual service contract if they do not have the required staff and why KUTCHINA gives dealership to such inefficient and unreliable organization.

    Now I look forward to you ,as the main dealer to come to my rescue which I hope will be possible.

    Agree completely with generally poor service from Kutchina which is required as contrary to their tall claims their products are not of a very high quality.

    I bought a Kutchina make kitchen Chimney, model FIEONA SS ( sl.no.[protected] on 24.08.2013 vide invoice no. 182 from M/S A.G. Sales & Services ( branch office), Inda, Kharagpur, West Bengal . Since the installation ( dated 07.09.2013 ) of the said product, I have been complaining about the continuous " OIL DROPPING" on the cooking food or on the boiled milk from all over the chimney area instead of accumulation in oil reservoir. This is very ridiculous and unethical about the costly product as well as the after sales and services promised by the Kutchina agency. I have made repeated call ( [protected], [protected] & [protected] ) to resolve the issue but all my request has gone to deaf's ear. A few days back, I spoke to Mr. Bhagat ( [protected] ) of A.G. Sales, Midnapore and asked him the solution and in reply he said that this FIEONA SS machine has inherent manufacturing problem and we are to fix another net inside and the problem will be solved. Accordingly they came and fixed some thing inside almost a month ago. Apart from all your research work, OIL DROPPING continues till date. Even today on response to my call, Mr. Jana from the said franchise admitted that the FIEONA SS having such problem and there are many complaints ( 40-50% ) which is quite higher for this model. Therefore, I need the said chimney ( improved version ) to be replaced or my money Rs.16, 500/- to be returned to me immediately. This franchise ( A.G. Sales & Servives ) is worthless and not able to resolve my problem.

    I bought smartec auto chimney from Kutchina on 31/10/13. On 20/10/14 I made an Annual Maintenance Contract

    (for 9000/- INR I think) with them for 3 years through Lokenath Appliance (their authorized service centre) .

    Around April, 2015 I started to get problem with my fans of the chimney which is freely replaceable under my

    contract. So, I contacted them repeatedly and everytime they came for servicing they fixed it temporarily and

    left which aggravated the problem and my machine stopped working completely. So, I request them for servicing

    and on 18/01/2016 they (LOKENATH KITCHEN SOLUTION /LOKENATH APPLIANCE) came to my house and took the circuit

    board for repairing, declining my request for replacement of the faulty part. They gave the deadline of

    18/02/16 before which they will deliver my serviced working circuit board (YES 1 FULL MONTH WITHOUT CHIMNEY..

    MY KITCHEN IS MESSED UP!!). But they failed to delivered it by 18/02/2016. So I tried to contact them several

    time and most of the time failed as they ignore phone call from customers. After repeated attempt when I got

    connected I requested to deliver my product but They denied delivery saying there is no deadline for delivery

    of serviced product at kutchina and they do not care if i am having problem for that, rather they can take my
    product for servicing and keep it as long as they want or for indefinite time period and if they get time they

    may consider to

    service it. After that they are not answering my phone. I tried calling KUTCHINA CUSTOMER CARE but they are

    reasoning with me that they will only look into the matter without any guarantee as I purchased it from their

    authorized dealer not from there head office store (I don't know what kind of service reasoning is that!!!).

    So please look into this matter and help to solve my problem as soon as possible. To the other consumer please

    avoid kutchina at all cost as you will get no service from them after purchasing even with costly AMC!!

      I HAVE BOUGHT A KUTCHINA CHIMNEY VOGUE SS ON 09/01/2009. SINCE THE INSTALLATION WE HAVE SEEN THAT THE SUCTION CAPACITY IS NOT SO STRONG. I STILL FEEL THAT THE EXHAUST FANS WERE BETTER. WE MADEA 5 YEAR CONTRACT FOR SERVICING WITH LOKENATH APPLIANCES, 13 S.P.C. BLOCK, CHITTARANJAN COLONY, BAGHAJATIN, KOL-92. PH :[protected]. WHENEVER THEY COME, THEY CLEAN THE CHIMNEY. THEY TAKE AWAY ONE MOTOR AND DO NOT RETURN BEFORE TWO TO THREE MONTHS. WE KEEP ON SLOGGING AFTER THEM AND THEY CANNOT PROMISE US WHEN TO RETURN WITH THE MOTOR.         We needed to install a Chimney for which one of our acquaintance referred us about Kutchina and also company's sales team. We called him(the salesperson) and he came with one more person to show us your brochure. I would like you to kindly take note of the following.

        1. The salesman was not able to explain the functionality properly

        2. The first time he visited us, he insisted that we do the booking even though we had not decided the model and needed a day to decide.

        3. The salesman kept on pestering me and my wife for two days virtually giving us no time to think. He was not discussing anything about the product but was only focusing on getting advance money. We could find that the product of similar functionality and service was being provided by other firm at much lesser cost.

        4. His constant pestering along with his inability to focus on product drove me to decide against buying through him. this was nothing against your product. But his audacity and rudeness doesn't stop here.

        5. Last week I told him that I have suspended the plan to buy the chimneys. But today I again got a call from the salesman and he started asking several question, as if, since we had shown interest to buy the product we are bound to buy your product. He questioned me did I call him with no intention to buy the product? And later told me that you don't want customer like us.

        Although I had nothing against your product other than it's high price but looking at the behavior of salesman, I am shocked. Does KUTCHINA as a company subscribe to the idea that if we show interest in your product we have to buy it from you or else your salesman will right to use abusive language.

        If pre-sales is so bad it's for us to guess their post sales service.

        I had same experience as stated above and we finally decided not to purchase any type of kuchina product. They do not any right to abuse us only because of our honest interest towards there product.

          I really agree with Sounak Banerjee. To sale the chimney the sales person visited us everyday and promised us a very good after sale service, but when the question of servicing came, the sales person assured us to visit now and then but till date no visit from kutchina or any phone call. when we call he either donot receive the phone or disconnect the line. This is th worst servide I have ever seen Also we took a water filter (aqua guard) from kutchina with that chimney but I never had any service from them.
          I would rather say not to but any product from any less renowned company like Kutchina. A worthless product also.

              Dear Sir,

              We are sorry to inform you that, we are facing some problem after using kutchina chimney in our house.

              We purchased it on 06.05.2009 from Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd. and the service man installed that on 09.05.2009.
              After few days from installation installation, the problem started. And the service man totally neglected us to accept our complain. Before purchasing, all of them promised us to do their service all time if the if is any problem.

              We installed the CHIMNEY to ignore the smoke or smell during cooking.
              My father is a patient of Asthma and the smoke is dangerous for his health.

              My mother called at regular basis to their service center no.
              But they ignored all the time.

              My question is that "is it justified from a reputed company or are they doing right job to their customer"?

                Dear all

                I purchsed Kutchina chimney (velva) from their Lake town Branch, Kolkata . Twice they came for services that is only we made several calls. First time while cleaning they broke one of the round oil collector which they replaced on the second visit (free of cost ) and on the second visit they again broke older of the two oil collector and also the plastic cover of the bulb which they somehow fixed iwith quick fix .

                They refuse to replace the same even when we are ready to purchase the spare parts, which they have broken, untill we make a new AMC with them as after few days of their last visit, one year warranty period had expired .

                I had been visiting their service centre at P-108 Block B, Lake town, Kolkata 89 ( ([protected]) to buy the spare parts and called their Head office at [protected] for the last one month, But no action have been taken.

                On hearing that we are not interested for AMC, for one month they are avoiding us in the pretext that spare parts are not available but subsequently also advises us that once we make a AMC, technical person will reach immediatele with the spare parts and to collect the cheque.

                Such an arm twisting method is not acceptable and legal actions are required to be taken in this matter .

                Kutchina/Velva — Servicing

                The Kutchina Chimney (Velva) was installed in June 2009. Till date no after sale services provided instead of repeated request sent over phone. During the purchase the sales executive (Mr. Antony Patra & Mr. Avijit Roy) committed to provide three nos. free services within one year of purchase. Last discussion had with your attending personnel on 10th April, 2010 and she assured to send the service people within Monday the 12th instant. But till today no one attended. Please take the immediate action. Thanking you.

                  dear sir / madam,


                  we are the user of kutchina chimney which we purchased from "raj appliances, koh-e-fiza, bhopal" since around 15 months. we are suffering from their avoidance

                  after purchase of chimney they were supposed to give a demo for which we called them 10-15 times a day for 1 month but they didn't came

                  some time they do not pick up the call

                  when they pick it up they say they will be coming next day but they didn't did so

                  then we had to use it without a demo

                  after installing then we again called him for free service they didn't came even a single time

                  then just after 1 year they jumped on us for a service contract for rs. 1000
                  and when we asked for free service they replied that 1 year is over....

                  then they asked us to sign a contract for 18 months for rs.1000 in which they would provide service free of cost after paying the contract fee. we asked them for 1 year free service which we were supposed to get they then refused to it and said "i[censored] wanna sign this contract so sign otherwise we are going and then we wont come later for contract and just forget about 1 year free service"
                  we then agreed to it as we didn't have any other option we were forced to do that.
                  after 2 months we felt that he did not came after contract we called him up on a number there was no answer then we called on another even then their was no answer and finally on his third number and as expected their was no answer.
                  we tried to call him and continued the same for 1 week we called him around 15-20 times a day
                  after a week he picked up our call and said that he will be coming next day which he didn't did.
                  and then we again engaged to the process of calling him for 4 days he picked up the phone and refused that he was not answering our call and said that he will be coming in 10 mins

                  1hour was over we again called him and their was no answer
                  i felt that the contract was not for service it was a contract in which we were supposed to call him and listen to a ring 'trin trin' and for this only we paid him rs. 1000



                  since the day we purchased it till now we are being exploited by them
                  and we were forced to take your support
                  we hope u will take any strict action against them
                  if you do so we will be really thankful to you

                  I totally agree with Mr Talreja.

                  I purchsed Kutchina chimney (velva) from their Lake town Branch, Kolkata . Twice they came for services that is only we made several calls. First time while cleaning they broke one of the round oil collector which they replaced on the second visit (free of cost ) and on the second visit they again broke older of the two oil collector and also the plastic cover of the bulb which they somehow fixed iwith quick fix .

                  They refuse to replace the same even when we are ready to purchase the spare parts, which they have broken, untill we make a new AMC with them as after few days of their last visit, one year warranty period had expired .

                  I had been visiting their service centre at P-108 Block B, Lake town, Kolkata 89 ( ([protected]) to buy the spare parts and called their Head office at [protected] for the last one month, But no action have been taken.

                  On hearing that we are not interested for AMC, for one month they are avoiding us in the pretext that spare parts are not available but subsequently also advises us that once we make a AMC, technical person will reach immediatele with the spare parts and to collect the cheque.

                  Such an arm twisting method is not acceptable and legal actions are required to be taken in this matter .

                      i am urmimala , lecturar of vidyasagar university. last year i bought a kutchina kitchen chimney( vogue ss rs 15,000). but after two month it stop working, so i contact their service man, he promise me to come but all the time he failed.after 3 months he came and recognised one of the motor need to be replaced. he was asking for money though i was in warranty period. then i claim for the motor till the date i am waiting for replacement

                      AMC people not coming for servicing

                      I am from Bangalore, I bought my kutchina chimney 2 yr back .. for 1 yr it was fine.. after that i bought AMC after paying 4000/-. but the AMC people are not attending.

                        I bought a Kutchina electric chimney from Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd. in April 2009. The chimney is supplied with 4 free services in the first year. I have already availed the first service and my second free service is due. Despite of repeated efforts of contacting the service centre continuously for 3 days I have not been able to do so. When I contacted the customer care department of the company they were absolutely unresponsive and refused to help in this case categorically stating that I have to sort this problem myself. But if I am unable contact the service center how can I solve the problem. Please Help.

                          I have purchased one Kutchina Chimney ARC model on 26/03/2009 from Om Marketing & Technical Services, 69, New Kasidih East, Road No.2, Sakchi, Jamshedpur-831001, for Rs.19,000/-.

                          Last month i.e. October'09 the operating switch of above mentioned chimney was not working and I complained about the same to Om Marketing and they sent one mechanic to attend the complain and the mechanic said the switch is totally dead and it will be replaced by new one. Again I contacted to Om Marketing inform about the switch and asked to replace by new one. They said the switch is now available with us it will be available within one week. After 10 days the mechanic came to my house with new switch. After fitting the new switch he asked for Rs.250/- for service charge. I told him why are you asking for service charge since the chimney is under warranty period? I also contacted to Om Marketing over telephone in the presence of mechanic and told them the mechanic is asking for Rs.250/- for service charge and they also insist me to pay the same. If I not pay the same they will not send any mechnic in future to attend any complain. I have also told them if you talk like this I will bound to go to Consumer Forum to put this matter to solve.

                          Kindly look into the matter take appropriate action with intimation to me.

                            I currently stay in Germany and was recently back in Kolkata and wanted to buy a chimney for my house for my mom, had called up this company after finding an advertisement in a local newspaper. On meeting the salesman, on 26/07/09 I discovered that they are claiming that they are providing chimneys with German technology, on asking details of the same after lot of cross questioning I found out that all that they have is a German TUV certification i.e nothing but a quality certification...there is no German technology involved!!                             The sales man was also not confident on the availability of all models claimed by the company...on asking him his name he said he would return with his manager and I have not seen him since. I just wonder how can they get away with such claims...it makes me believe that Kutchina is a company based on sheer lies. I then called up Shakers Appliances and bought their canvas model...incidentally Kutchina did not have such high end models...at least they were not available as per their sales people. I would suggest Shakers over Kutchina as, at the least they are honest about their products and oerations.

                            MECON LIMITED — cheque not credited even after 20 days

                            I have a savings bank account in SBI, Doranda, Ranchi branch ( A/C no.[protected] I have deposited an account payee HSBC cheque no.522206 on 29.08.08. The amount has been debited from the payee's account on 10.09.08. However till date the amount has not been credited to my account.
                            On enquiry the AGM of the doranda branch informed that the postal delay is beyond his control.

                            We had shifted to a new flat and was in need of a cooker or chimney, when a person named Mr.Sadhan Das visited us and identified himself as a Senior Technician of Bajoria Appliances Pvt Ltd.After inspecting our kitchen offered to install their most popular model "Vogue" with powdered coating body. We told him that in our previous flat we had a Vogue chimney with Stainless steel body and that we had not encountered any problem. But he insisted that the one offered by him was better and did not vibrate. He was at our flat the next day with 5 to six persons and had installed the chimney. we overheard them discussing amongst themselves about a "second hand" chimney but did not make much of it then. He had issued the cash memo bearing 1029 dated 21.6.09 against our payment of Rs.12500/- .We had to pay another Rs.1500/- towards the cost of pipe. They left with the money and that was the last we saw him.

                            The chimney which was installed by him at our flat has all the appearance of a sound chimney even the fan runs, but it does not draw in or suck out the oil in the air during cooking, which instead is deposited on the utensils and the containers on the shelves of the kitchen.

                            It has been 3 months that we have been running the chimney religiously as soon we cook our food but there has been no deposit of oil in either the oil collector or the two oil cups. We had rang up Mr.Sadhan Das but he was always very busy and we then visited the office of the Company at Rehana mansion, Ratan Dewan Road, Ulubari, Guwahati 781007 and lodged a complaint. A person did come but declared the chimney to be functioning properly. He even demonstrated the suction power of the motors by placing a newspaper on top of the back cover to show how effective the motors were. To our repeated remonstration that that had the chimney been functioning properly, the oil in the air during cooking would have been deposited in the oil cups and the oil collector and not on the cooking utensils and containers, he asked us to be patient. We have been patient but for how long?

                            I had purcahsed a Kutchina chimney (Product code - VOGUE) on 16th May 2008. The same was sold and installed at my residence, 24, Avenue South, Santoshpur, Kolkata - 700075, by Sales representatives Mr. A Roychowdhury (Cell no- [protected]) and Surajit Mondol. I had paid a total amount of Rs 11, 490.00 vide Invoice no A/005, dated 16.05.2008 bearing the name of Shyam Enterprise, Garia Station Road, Tetulberia, Kolkata - 700084.

                            At the time of selling I was promised that I will be provided one time free service within a time frame of 1 year. I had called Shyam Enterprise three to four times during the 1 year period for the same, but each time I got the reply that " our Field team will visit your place within the next 7 days...etc". By design nobody came to my place and later on when I tried calling the same number I was permanently greeted with an engaged tone.

                            Today morning I had called up Mr A Roychowdhury and enquired about the free service. To my horror and utter humiliation he disconnected the phone and refused to take further calls and greeted me with a "PHONE SWITCHED OFF" message. My wife then called him up from her mobile phone which he accidentally picked up and after a long discussion told her that he will send a person today itself who will provide the free service and also told that from now on subsequent services will be possible only if she signs the AMC.

                            The person did come to my place around 12.30 noon but flatly refused to carry out any service unless and until the AMC is signed and payment to that effect is made.
                            My wife and myself again called up Mr A Roychowdhury - and this time I experienced the same callousness and absolute indifference which I was subjected to by Shyam Enterprise, Garia about a year back.
                            Mr Roychowdhury was very impolite this time and even after telling him that I may approach the Customer Care Department he was absolutely indifferent. He later on called up at my wife's mobile and misbehaved with her so much so that she had to take medicine after that.

                            I would like certain clarifications from the esteemed Customer Care department: (if at all they have any)

                            1. Why such false promises are made at the time of push selling the product...why are Kutchina representatives misleading the consumers...is it by default ( one off case) or by design?
                            2. My wife and myself have felt utterly humiliated after being treated like this on phone by your representative Mr A Roychowdhury...is this the way your people treat consumers?

                            Honestly, I purchased Kutchina because I wanted to try out a different brand this time...I had been a Faber user since 2003.

It is simply annoying to see such poor service from a house which boasts big. If you do not have proper infrastructure do not fool the customers.                             Kitchen Chimney/ Electric Chimney — FREE ITEMS AS GIFT OR OFFER

                            Some Companys says that they are giving Hob/ Stove etc FREE to the customer as an offer! We can see in the internet that most of the time these are false commitment and the customers dont get the item. Even if some customers are lucky to get the FREE item they are of cheap quality materials which may even risky for the customers life.
                            My question is whether it is practically possible to give a 1500 rupee product (Hob/ Stove) FREE with a 5000 rupee product (Chimney)
                            I am at present having the same ordeal with KUTCHINA electric chimney. The Kutchina salesmen are only trained to cheat the customer by all tall claims. The salesman Pappu Saha delivered the Chimney without exhaust pipe.Self and my wife repeatedly tried to contact Kutchina office at Kolkata, but either no response, or, giving false hope. Nobody has turned up to make complete installation of the chimney.
                            Let all o[censored]s go to Consumer Forum to claim compensation.

                            My personal view is Kutchina's after sales service is very very poor.They are very prompt in selling their products but their negligence towards their customer is extreme. When the customer is in problem Kutchina Customer Care neglects the customer's problem.Why then keep a customer care service?????                             I agree with all of the above mentioned claims. I am another victim of their poor after sales service. I was told by the salesman that I would get a free services during first 1 year when I bought a sleek model chimney. Unfortunately during the service period I never got any service though I called the sales guy and the service center atleast 10 times. Every time they promised that they will send the service guy but he is yet to come.

                            Now after 1 year I was looking for their paid service and called their service center again and again. Every time they give me with a docket number and this time its H/518/0211 and promised to come within 16/02/2011. Again they yet to come. I am literally frustrated. This is the height of irresponsibility and still the company is doing business.

                            Trust me this is possible in India only. I had been there in Unites States and customer service is atleast 100 times better there from what we get in India.

                            Dear all,
                            I have purchased a Kutchina chimney (Vogue SS) in June, 2011 (with autoclean facility) from Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd., P-161A, Block-B, Lake Town, Kolkata - 89. I tried to clean the chimney after a few days following the guidelines provided in the user's manual, but it failed to operate. Whenever I tried to call up their service centre, I always met with engaged tone or no-reply. After a series of attempts, I could finally registrar a complain with number H/724/0811 in first week of August. A service personnel visited our place and inspected the chimney and gave his opinion that the autoclean switch is not working. So, we are sold a unit with a non-functioning component though it carried a sign of 'tested ok'!!! The ordeal still continues. Till date the switch is not replaced (possibly they plan to sell it after the warranty period is over?!!) and the chimney is functioning without any cleaning.
                            I now really repent why I decided to opt for such a brand which does not care about quality control and customer satisfaction. I hope those who are planning to buy Kutchina chimney in near future will give a second thought after going through these complaints. I think it is my duty to share my experience with all to provide you a note of caution before you reach a conclusion.

                            I posted a complaint regarding non-functioning of autoclean switch in our Kutchina kitchen chimney (Vogue SS) and not getting proper services from Bajoria Appliances in September, 2011. However, I do not know whether it was due to my complaint lodged in this forum, I got it replaced later and had the first round of free servicing of the chimney. Later I received some calls from the company enquiring whether the chimney is working fine or not. Well, I must admit that the services I got afterwards from them are till now satisfying. I am thankful to this forum as well as Kutchina customer care for the positive development in the services recently.

                            agreed. kutchina is importing china products & they are interested in only selling. neither they r manufacturer, neither they have any german technology moreover they are not interested to provide after sales service, for doing their business they are appointing direct sales boys/ girls, these sales persons are motivated to sell the products, after sale these persons are simply vanished you wont see them again. for any type of service you have request them for a several times, then their attitude is like that they are doing favor, if you are smart enough to go through consumer court & you have enough time to spent on these things, then go & buy these cheap china products.
                            I am planning to get the entire kitchen done up ... Modular Kitchen, Hob, Chimney ... in my new apartment in Pune.

                            Funnily, there's no details about their Modular Kitchens on their website.
                            I tried sending them an enquiry thru the link, but failed over 15+ attempts.

                            Now after reading all the above issues as described by suffering customers, there's no way I would be trying my luck with Kutchina.

The machine does not seem to work and the oil is spreading in the entire kitchen. The entire purpose of purchasing a kitchen chimney went futile. On contacting the head office of Kutchina they have directed us to the vendor from whom the machine was purchased. We tried for last 15 days for keeping our patience with there repeated false promises of sending their technicians but now I really wonder how come people run their business by cheating ordinary citizens. Are the businessman not a part of the society, how would they feel when people would be cheating them also in their lifespan. Mr. Shankar Mondol the owner of R.C. Enterprise hardly receives the phone for talking. This is really alarming situation for the common people as we are being cheated by the Bajoria Group by making false commitments and absolutely no after sales service. We should think before purchasing a Bajoria product.

                             My Kutchina Velva Chimney bought in June 2010 suddenly became dysfunctional, last month. I must say the Kutchina Service man did a fantastic job and my Chimney was fine within a single day!
                             I bought a Kutchina Vogue Chimney from CNRC Associates, Jadavpur in the year 2009. It was all fine until Sept, 2012- when suddenly it started giving electric shocks while turning on. I called Kutchina Customer care, and within 24 hrs, their technician arrived on promised time, and provided impeccable service. Way to go!
                             It was quiet irritating to find out that my chimney Kutchina Elite Excel was making an unfamiliar sound once turned on. I instantly called their toll free number and blatantly screamed at the attending Customer Care Executive. To my surprise her politeness calmed me down within seconds! My problem was solved in 2 days.
                            Service is not good. Even after confirmation from kuchina for doing services on 12.01.2013, nobody came for servicing. Very bad.

                            I, ANIMESH GUHA of 19, Swami Vivekananda Road, Kol-32 make an AMC with Loknath Appliences, 13 S.P.C. Block, Chittaranjan Colony, Baghajatin, Kolkata - 32 for 5 years. on 17/12/12. Till now nobody visit our m/c. for servicing. At the the end of April I call them for servicing. They only give me several dates. I also told the owner of above concern Mr. Swarup Ghosh, ([protected]). Then one of his service man went to our our hose at 2.30p.m.. So my old parents only was that time in home. They did not allow him. Then that service man signed on his job card by my father telling that he will do the the work saturday on 4.5.13. but he did not come till now. They are chitting with us.So this my request to you to take any action against that type chitting. Otherwise i have to take legal action against them.

                            My AMC for my Kutchina kitchen hood is valid up to November2013. However I have not got a single service without either phoning the dealer Oliya Appliances in Asansol or calling up the serviceman personally.After sometime I stopped reminding them that my services are overdue so my services are pending from November 2012 till date. On the 29th May when I phoned Oliya Appliances in Asansol and asked them if they had no record of work and service to be given they said they did. On inquiring why my service is pending from November the lady on the phone said that it was my responsibility too to remind them to come. So I am going to pay money and tolerate irregularity in job, is that the policy of the company?

I have purchased one kitchen chimney of "kutchina" make but I have not been provided 3 free services within one year. When contacted, the reply is "it is the duty of the customer to avail free service within stipulated period, not the responsibility of kutchina management."
                            So beware of kutchina product.
                            Kutchina people are cheaters should be prosecuted soon, or else they keep on cheating people.None of their products are with MRP.

                            I bought Kutchina Flora SS model(from Mumbai) anticipating we will get lifetime service as per they promised but forget about the service which is as worst as the product.The product performance was so inefficient that within 2months it did not work well at all. Its products are HIGHLY PATHETIC!!..
                            When the product stopped working completely, we called for their service which was RIDICULOUS!, they dint show up saying they require time to send us with a good working motor and since then we waited for a month but they kept on hanging us with their nonsense f excuses. I called up at their customer care where they dont even know how to talk to their customers and then after a week hanging, i called up at their main branch at kolkatta and spoke to Mr. Proshonjit who doesn't know how to handle their customers at all. He did not entertain our queries and slammed the phone twice which is really really insulting.
                            My mom is an Asthma patient and since this product is not working well and their service is again ridiculous!.. she is facing alot of problems due to it and they really dont care about your problems and doesnt respond to your any phone calls.

                              First time in my life ever I'm putting a complaint in writing against something. The story is encircling the first free service offered on kitchen chimney(on 10/07/2009).
                              1) After the service the technician(not quite experienced) somehow introduced a minor crack in the appliance.There were some more issues with him but ignoring all that I'm coming to main story - we bought a Amway Zoom thru them only but while asking on a receipt he said he doesn't have any. Then while talking on this with the concerned department of the showroom(who sent the technician) they also pressed on "NO".

                              2) Now, crossing all limits was the interaction with one of the customer service lady(did not disclose her name inspite of asking). She called up my home#(I was in office) and while conversing with my wife she said something like this to her - "Why are you asking for receipts? Why are you not understanding this simple thing - are you LITERATE ENOUGH???". Now how dare she question on this - not sure if I was demanding something unreasonable which is absolutely legal. Also she said that they will not offer anymore free service for this which we apprehend they can do atmost.

                                Kutchina promote door to door sell and all of representative visit peoples house for selling your product. Its kutchina's responsibility to teach them how to behave with customer. Please take care of this as a serious feedback otherwise people will not allow any of kutchina representative to their house.

                                Last two weeks your representative called me and when they couldn't finalise their deal, they start missbehaving. its totaly unacceptable.

                                Please don't allow any Kutchina representative or complain if nescessary.
