[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Kutchina Chimney - VOGUE - motor not working

Date of purchase : 22/04/2021 Invoice number : 106705 My registered mobile number with the company : [protected] Purchased the chimney from Laketown Branch- KOlkata. The machine was under AMC but the said vendor not provided all the required services. For the last 7-8 months Chimney 's one motor is not working and I am trying to reach & finally registered the complain on 13th August 2021.But unfortunately the customer care service / representative clearly told its not under warranty ( as its more than 9 years) . But in warranty card its clearly mentioned that " Life time warranty coverage is only for Chimney motor ". I have all the required document - warranty card etc. Why the Kutchina/ Bajoria Appliances will not provide / replace / repair the motor as per the terms & condition mentioned in warranty card. Due to which I am facing issues in my kitchen. Please look into it asap as its difficult to cook without chimney in flat. Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)
