Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Not covering warranty

Hi team, I booked an appointment for my chimney which was not working only light functioning.A technician came to visit & found all ok rather than motor defective which is still under warrenty.He refused to resolve the issue as it's spear parts not available to service provider & also suggest me to rewinding it from outside.Finding no way I just removed my installed chimney & kept it in a box.This is totally unprofessional behavior from a well reputed company like kutchina & having no priority of customer.The motor of the chimney is still under warranty.
