I have bought a chimney from Kutchina, Model is Fieona on 18th August, I have bought it from the dealer Fibas Appliances, 8 Narendra Nagar, Dunlop, Kolkata-56, [protected], [protected], but after installation of the chimney in August, very next month I started facing problem of suction, immediately I have called to the customer care number, complaint no- DS/337/1013 for your reference, engineer came and committed problem resolved but just after 2 days, same problem occurred, again I had called to the kutchina and Fibas both, again engineer came and committed that this time problem will not be seen, but again after 2 days same problem, engineer came 3rd time but again problem is same, I want to replace this unit by fresh new one, since I had given the pdc cheques to them so I'm going to stop payment of remaining cheques till the time of replacement, please intervene as I'm not going to accept the dent product when I have given cheques or payment in time, my details is given below and due to this Kutchina can trace product details
