I have purchased kutchina chimney and installed on22.09.2013 from Bajoria Appliances.as per service condition I was supposed to get 3 free servicing in 12 months.first 2 servicing was done at the initiation from the company itself.but for the last free servicing it did not happen within the warranty period and the company now informs that I will have to pay for the service for no fault of mine.It is responsibility of the comapany to give free servicing as declared while selling their products.It seems their responsibility is limited to only selling of the product and not to honour after sales service conditions.the company is now passing the buck on the consumer citing the warranty card that the customer has to make the call for service.this is sheer breach of consumers faith on the company.
I hope to get a favourable resolution from your forum so that hencforth such company do not take customers for a ride.
