[Resolved]  Kutchina — Problem in Kutchina Hobbs (with hot plate)

The related hobbs is creating problem to us since its installation. Complained several times. Service people came but with no improvement. Moreover the hot plate in-built in the hobbs became out of order just after one year of installation. We had to repair it from Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd. who is the authorised service provider for Kutchina. They changed the coil and charged Rs.3400/- on 27/11/13. Again from March 2014 (that means after 3 months) the hot plate is not functioning. We would request you to kindly look into the matter and to remove the continuous hazards in the kitchen. Thanking you, Pabitra Pahari [protected] [protected]
