Hello,
I have applied for my B.Sc IT degree convocation certificate to Kuvempu University - Distance Education Shimoga by their online portal http://oasis.logisys.org/cnv/kusdde/indexpage.php as this was the only way to apply online and paid 2000 Rs at the name of Tatkal Quota. As I needed the certificate delivered early.
But When I didn't get the certificate even after a month, I started trying to contact/chase the university concerned people they didn't pick up the call or reply by mail. If anyone picks up the call they talk very rudely and they always told me they are not responsible for anything and they divert me here there 3 months. At last, they started the blame game with the postal department. I got a postal ref number but that reference number didn't exist in the postal website database. I got faded up by their nonsense excuses. Tried everything on my end but didn't get any success. I log the complaint on the UGC website also but they also diverted the matter and didn't provide a resolution. After some time they start saying to apply for the duplicate certificate and pay an extra fee for that. I said why will I pay extra and why should apply for a duplicate if I didn't get the original one? After that nothing happened. It's been almost 4.5 years since no one contacted me. This is the real face of Indian universities and the education system. Please see all the mail chain and proofs in the attached file and provide me a resolution on this ASAP. As this portal is my last hope.
