I have applied for a BSCITIM convocation certificate on[protected]. I didn't get any response when I contacted KU helpdesk, they said the certificate is printed on[protected] and they shared contact details. When I tried to reach that number no response at all, even though I visited the university on[protected] they are not responding at all.

Because of this I lost my job opportunity and my career is getting affected (without a certificate I cannot join any job) .please help me to get convocation certificate.

Updated by Anandan.dasarathan I didn't get any call from university, when I called to the university they are simply telling its in process from past 10 days.

please help me to get convocation soon.
