Sir,
I had booked 4 tickets each of 4 nos. Matches in kolkata through kyazoonga portal on 20th july 2017 vide order no. [protected]-kz[protected]. I received the courier which had tickets of only 1 match. I had then called up the customer service number and i was informed that the remaining tickets of 3 matches will be delivered separately.
But till date i have not received the tickets. Now neither kyazoonga is responding to phone calls nor they are picking up calls in customer service. I do not want to miss any of the matches.
