Booked tickets on 7th of july in the fifa website for kolkata matches on 8th of october and 22nd of ocotber 2017 and chose the option for the tickets being couriered to me. On 1st of october 2017, i got an email that the tickets are despatched. Till date today (6th of october 2017) the tickets are not there. I am unable to get into the website and when i try to reset the password through link it is not working. I have tried calling the support number which tells me to wait and disconnects automatically after 2 mins 30 secs. I have raised an email request for support on 3rd of october which has been acknowledged under ticket no, 23257 on 3rd of october itself but after that silence
Now i am in serious danger of missing the matches inspite of confirmed tickets due to non-delivery. I personally think kyazoonga is a typical fraud shell organization which is laundering money.
