I made a transaction on 23rd october at 21:24 of rs 400 for 4 tickets o[censored]17 world cup semi final at kolkata on 25 october. my account had been debited of rs 400 through SBI internet banking but due to some technical error i haven't received any tickets or any mail. my transaction reference number is IGACFZGWC3. please help me with this problem to get the refund.
