I had purchased 2 tickets for 2 days as bellow.

1. England v mexico and iraq v chile
Wed, oct 11, 2017 | 17:00inr 600.00
Vivekananda yuba bharati krirangan, kolkata
Category 2 - east level 2 (2 x inr 300.00)
Inr 600.00

2. 3rd place and finals
Sat, oct 28, 2017 | 17:00inr 120.00

Category 4 - south level 2 (2 x inr 60.00)
Inr 120.00

But, unfortunately i have received 2 envelops in 2 different days containing 1 tickets in each envelop of the same match on 11th october. But, i have not yet received my final days ticket yet. I am eagerly waiting for the ticket since i don't want to miss the finals. The status shown in their portal as delivered. Tried to call the customer care number but not responded.. Mailed them but not responded. Please suggest what to do now.

KyaZoonga.com — not received u17 tickets

My Order Confirmation ID is [protected]-KZ[protected] on 25.09.17 at 00:10 am. I was sent mail several times but till date I haven't received my tickets. Please care my matter with sympathytically & as early as possible arrange my tickets.
