I have today bought 3 fifa u-17 world cup ticket for final in kolkata venue from online fifa website. But at the end due to some complete fault of the company kyazoonga i am seeing that my money has been debited but i haven't got the tickets. So. Please help at the earliest. (The company's server is constantly showing to be down). It had occurred at the time of 8.39 pm. I am very much aghast at this incident and as an indian citizen, i expect that stringent action will be taken duly.
