    I bought a set of 6 teacups and saucers of the reputed brand La Opala. The next day when i poured hot tea into it, it gave a blunt sound and broke apart which left me amazed. La Opala is such a reputed brand to my knowledge, but such a mishap left me in dismay. Totally lost faith in its products!!!
    Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Some pictures showing my broken cup are enclosed herewith.

            I purchased 2 cup plate set on 01st Dec, 2020. One is trinty green and another is Silken charm. Opened trinty green for first use and 2 cup already broken into 2 pieces while pouring tea. Totally cheated by purchasing the product. I have a doubt that it is genuine product or not. I need replacement or refund for 2 cup plate set whatever possible.

              Purchased cups saucers set n mugs set from Amit traders Ahmednagar Maharashtra. Out of One dozen mug set and half dozen Cup saucer, 6 mugs broke. N one cup cracked. Also saucers are of inferior quality. We made complaints to the Amit traders they said they are helpless and cannot help as company does not replace the damaged piece. Your quality control is of no use. They don't test the product before packing. Since few years the quality o[censored]r products are not at all up to the mark. We have been purchasing ur products since 20 years. I can tell the difference for sure. Plz replace the product after testing the product otherwise same issue after replacement too.

              We request to take the cognizance of this complaint and do the needful.

                  I served sandwiches onto my la opala plate and it split into two (Within 10-15 seconds).
                  I request the company to look into the issue at the earliest as it was a heat resistant product from a very reliable and trusted brand.

                    I was really surprised and shocked when the diva by laopala bowl broke into two three pieces when i served hot pasta. Luckily no guests around so saved from embarrassment i have been using laopala products from many years and didn’t face any problem

                      I used laopala bowl for reheating food in microwave. The bowl broke. it couldn't withstand the heat. When it is not microwave safe, why is it written as microwave safe. Strange that laopala is a top brand!

                        Address: 1906 , Challengers Tower # 3, Thakur Village Kandivali East

                        We have purchased laopala coffee cups from d' mart, kandivali east mumbai online last week in 1st use pouring hot coffee suddenly it broke in to 2 pieces... Also note the bottom of other cups also not in shape after pouring coffee we fear it may also break.

                        Purchased on line from d mart on 6th august
                        Delivered on 10th august
                        Used on 15th august 1st time...

                        This is not the 1st time before also 2 times we have faced the same problems but we didn't complain.

                        We brought with lots of trust and brand name but are highly disappointed as this has happen 3rd time with us.. Why your qc department check the quality inspection properly before sending it to consumer.

                          One cup out of 6, is broken during the first use, and also white coating also damaged, pleae refund or give a new product, also consider our mental shock, this will happened on infront of our guest, their cloths are also damaged, we are not expect this situation from Laopala, because we are still using laopala dinner set without any issue, i here with attached some snaps of the damaged cup

                            Diva dinner set breaking when put in microwave even though it’s specifically says it’s microwave safe.
                            I just the bowl in the microwave with some room temperature dal, and it cracked.

                                  I have been a happy and satisfied customer of la opala. But unfortunately experienced a sad incident when served food in the diva dinner set. After plating the rice, the plate actually broke after 2 minutes of serving. I was petrified to see this. It was really hard to believe. It actually shook the faith and trust i had in the brand and invested in it blindly for couple of years.
                                  Let's see what the company has to say in this... Hoping for fruitful and immediate action.

                                    la opala cup set

                                    I had recently bought a cup set after using for 10 day one day while straining tea to the cup it broke off. This is i think poor quality and could not hold the temp. The photo of the crack will give you evident of the same. Request for replacement of the same. You have a good brand value and request you to please ensure prompt resolution of the same issue.

                                    I bought laopala trinity green & white coffee cups from dmart psr (Hyderabad) moosapet in jan 25th 2020. Today for guests as soon as we pour hot coffee, in first use itself it broke into 2. This was very awkward & embarrassing. I bought it assuming a highly prestigious brand with lot of trust. But completely disappointed. Attaching pics. Can someone help on this?
