LaPinoz pizza here in aliganj lucknow, provide extremely pathethic and delayed delivery services. For a distance of hardly 2kms, These people take 2hrs to make and deliver a pizza. The pizza will be prepared in 25 mins, but it will take ages to get delivered. It has not happened just once, but almost 9 out of 10 times. On October 31, 2021, things went to another level. My order was shown as out for delivery at 8:05 p.m., but on tracking the order, the delivery guy was shown at the outlet for 30 mins straight. On calling the outlet, they refused to sort anything and just said it will be delivered. Then on calling the rider, he said that he does not have the order, it is with someone else, then after taking his number, he kept saying 10 mins for around 30 mins. My pizza was delivered cold after 2hrs of placing order from a place which hardly takes 10 mins. That delivery guy still had the guts to ask for a tip, and looked a bit drunk too. The outlet refuses to take any action, just leaving customers to call here and there to get information themselves.
