The experience of ordering for the first time with Label Aishwaryika was horrible.
1. The filter in their website does not work. Even after selecting "Kurta Sets" in the menu, we are displayed Kurtas, which is why I got deceived and ordered a Kurta thinking it was a set.
2. The product was damaged. There were threads coming out at different places.
3. There is no policy of refund.
4. I complained, asked them to consider my case since it Diwali time, but their customer care is non existent. They don't even care to reply. Was this information helpful? |
