Hello,
I received my order, and I’m aware of Label Aishwaryrika's return and exchange policy. However, I’ve encountered some issues with the product. I understand that for defects, customers can reach out as mentioned on your website.
The problem I’ve noticed is that the suit has full sleeves in the description, but the product I received has 3/4th sleeves. Additionally, the palazzo doesn’t touch my ankle, and it’s not symmetrical; it looks crooked. The lining is also coming out of the palazzo, and the quality of the palazzo appears to be quite poor. It seems like it wasn’t made by a professional; even a basic tailor could have done a better job.
What disappoints me even more is that this order took 1 month and 10 days to be ready. I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. I’ve attached images to illustrate these defects; please take a look and assist me in resolving this issue. The size is perfect but there are some defects that need to be fixed.
Have a look lining is coming out of Palazzo, I think Palazzo was made for someone who had a height of 5 feet I am 5’7’’ also the length of the sleeves is not as shown in the videos
Totally not worth 5k total waste of money.
They don't care if the product is defective.
Please i am relying on this website to get this resolved.
