I am left shocked by the behaviour of this brand..below are the issues I faced with them.
1. No communication- I paid 28k and I was having to chase them after a week to know what was the status of my Order and guess what I am told Madam you will get updates every 4 days. order was placed July 6th and no updates ever received.
2. They actually aren’t professional and a lot of people have complaints on them hence you wouldn’t find them on Twitter, There’s No Number you can call them.. So once you pay your hard earned money to these people they cannot contacted.
3. They have mentioned 15-20 working days, it’s been over Month I haven’t received all my Dresses.
4. They Mentioned that all the dresses are dispatched together on their website- this isn’t true as I paid for 6 dresses but Received 3 Dresses.
5. Heights o[censored]nprofessionalism, They have mentioned in Pink Candy chikankari Kurta that “ it is inclusive of mukaish golden sequence work” still this lady wasn’t ready to cooperate and kept on behaving rude while putting the entire blame on me by stating I had to add mukaish work extra. When I asked her what you have sent me Madam I can’t find on your website so she says oh mukaish work Is done for representation purpose and we don’t do it if you add that on.. Okay so I asked then how come the Lavender Kurta Set has Mukaish done on it so she says oh that must be by Mistake.
She acknowledged that instead of Lavender suit she would send Lilac Gharara- Again unprofessionalism and Not kept on their commitment.
I have paid 28000 and this lady has made a Joke out it, After taking your money she will gracefully says I reject your request of return..
