So this is my order number
#LA6171 That I had placed with this brand
Labelaishwaryrika. They sent me an incomplete order where my order of a punjabi set is still pending. The order was placed on June 2nd AND is a PREPAID order. Firstly, their customer service is really bad - they don't even have any way to call them, they reply to the customer's WhatsApp once in a while and same goes with emails. They have been telling me they will send my order and keep postponing it NEVER
committing to an actual date of dispatch. I had questioned them about the order and they have now blocked me.
If you check customer complaints, or Nykaa fashion (which I did the mistake of checking later) they have is a PREPAID order. they have done the same to other paying customers it seems (check reviews on other sites). Because I wrote a comment about the way they were treating a paying customer they were even rude, threatened me and I have been following up ever since but still to NO AVAIL. It seems they provide influencers, people whose profiles are public service and delay or for that matter not even deliver to other customers. I will genuinely request you to maybe check with this brand and their practices.
The set is worth 6999/- and it is not a sum that I can forget.

I have email trails to prove that they keep buying time but never really committing/providing an actual date of dispatch or tracking link. They even wrongly mark your higher priced order as “delivered” and deliver the lower one. It is extremely frustrating. Was this information helpful? |
