I had placed an order for a kurta set on Label Aishwaryrika website on 18th September 2023 at 10pm. The payment of Rs 5000 was made online.
While their delivery time is 10-15 days I waited for 20+ days thinking they could have a surplus of orders due to the on-going festive season. It's been over a month now & the company does not provide any update. I contacted them on Instagram twice & I got the reply as order will be shipped this week (meaning between 16th to 21st october) but it still has not happened.
Regarding the delay in shipment that they kept telling would happen this week they have not updated anything.
