I got the delivery on 20 nov. I got the damage piece and bad quality product.
I asked for the refund and they are denying it. They are not even ready to folow their own terms and condition. They are ready to give me the replacement of same quality product which i am not satisfied and now i am asking for refund and also asked them to take the money of courier from my pocket but give me my money back but they are not ready to do so.
