I got the delivery on 20 nov. I got the damage piece and bad quality product.
I asked for the refund and they are denying it. They are not even ready to folow their own terms and condition. They are ready to give me the replacement of same quality product which i am not satisfied and now i am asking for refund and also asked them to take the money of courier from my pocket but give me my money back but they are not ready to do so....

Upon my request, the people of lady baazar told me like they are not going to take the return of the dress and it is not their policy.

What should i do with the product which is not up to my expectation and the size is also not appropriate....
