Vide an order id no. 202748, i ordered two items for an amount of rs. 2699/- from this website ladybaazar.com on 25.05.2019. And the said order was received by my mother on 08.06.2019 at the given delivery address and my mother made the full payment of rs. 2700/-.
But when i opened the said courier, there was only one item which i received and when i contacted the customer care of the number given on the website i. E.[protected],[protected], no one picked up. Then i sent an email. But despite the repeated reminders through emails or phone calls, no one contacted me or replied me back.
After several emails and phone calls, one lady called me from the customer care and assured me that the order which i received is incomplete and the other item is not available with them and in that case they will refund the balance amount which i had paid for the said particular item and also assured me that she will refund my amount in 7 days from the date of her calling.
But till date i. E. 13.08.2019, neither i received any refund nor they called me or now they are not picking my calls and even not replied my emails.
Therefore, i request you to please take a legal action against them definitely. Because i assumed that i am not the only person who is suffering mentally and monetary harassment from these people and the said website.
Hence, i request you to please take a legal action against these people and block this website as these people are definitely making money and extorting money from their customers in an illegal manner.
