I ordered kurti with palazzo from above mentioned site but, it is not as per the picture shown on their website. After that i read about the return/refund policy, i came to know that they do not refund the amount and for return also, we have to first write to them and upon confirmation it is to be sent on the address mentioned on their website. But, to my surprise email ids mentioned doesn't exist and my emails bounced back. Additionally, the number provided also doesn't exist. I don't understand how they can do this. How does such sites continue to do their business online. Request you to look into this. I would like to have refund of my full amount as the material of the received product is such that even my maid refused to take it as diwali bonus. Was this information helpful? |
