[Resolved]  Lakme — I am complaining about the lakme academy regarding the fraud they are doing with the students

This is sahil sharma. I had joined in Lakme Academy, ranjit avenue amritsar, In september 2020 (on FAST TRACK BASIS) for a complete course of Hairs and i made a payment of 50% of amount immediately and I was in a hurry to complete the course and the co-ordinators and the manager (PANKAJ MADAN) of the academy assured me that the course will be completed in december 2020. Rest 50% was supposed to be paid within months as the training continues, but the training was slow because they had only one faculty to handle approximatly 40-50 students and moreover that teacher GAURAV was more interested in other things rather than teaching. he is only interested in teaching to those students who act like his puppets. i paid the whole amount before december last year and still there is alott of course still pending and the only thing they are doing is making excuses. i have paid 60000 for the course and it is just the wastage of my hard earned money and time. I am neither asking to refund my money or that any discount to be given but just worth against what I have already paid. This much at least can be expected from a brand name like Lakme. The things that they promised us during the enrollment, none of them were delivered. I need an immediate solution to my problem or else I will have to report to all possible sources I find to get me to a point.
