[Resolved] Lakme — lakme salon service haircut | |||||
I believe now that the hair stylists are amateurish. How can a brand like lakme hire such more than poor staff. I visited lakme salon, chincholi bunder road today 26th august 2018 which is today for a haircut. I have recently consulted trichologist and cannot put clutches or tie up my hair. I had long hair which was in layers and grown long. I had split ends to be cut along with damaged hair. I showed the so called stylist the pic. She was hesitant in cutting my hair short, though i told her lot number of times that she could. What she actually did was nothing but just trimming. Is money cheap or are we # that we cant make out what's happening??? She kept somewhat the length and left the front layers like before. When i had asked her if the hair style in the pic can be replicated in the length that she is insisting, she said yes. I was unable to understand once she did the hair. On coming back home, it was completely messy. I went back again. She trimmed again saying that it would be like that unless grown. So my question is when i had asked her to replicate the pic why did she say yes.. That is a fake customer commitment, now i have to wait for the hair to grow till i can get it done properly. It is messy, unruly and unmanageable to the core. I strongly hate the trimming that has been done in the name of doing a haircut. I will never step into a lakme salon and ask my friends and family also not to avail any services from the salon. It is completely #.!!! Now i will suffer due to the amateur person whom you all hire as stylist and let them handle clients. She also insisted to tie my hair. Why should i because of her mistake. Haircuts are important and it has been completely ruined by your salon person, when i have a n important function coming up soon.. Hate lakme salon!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
