[Resolved]  Lakme — refund amount

My aunt joined one of the lakme institutes in trivandrum, kerala. But in the very first day only she discontinued that because of the teaching methods by unexperienced trainers and it's not working as per what they said before the payment. She asked for the refund, they said they don't have a refund policy so go and file a case in court, lakme will take care of that.
